There is a bit of learning curve on the controls but they are easy and stay in the ear well. Also the battery life is solid.

She was looking for something that didnt fall out of her ear. That were comfortable though, sweat resistant and had good clarity. This is what she calls the perfect ones for her.

I liked all the features, but in reality, both earbuds took turns randomly cutting out. Even while sitting still and with my phone 2 feet away, they still cut out. As a side point, the sound was 'tinny" and not loud enough. Therefore I am returning these and looking for something else.

Only works in one ear at a time. Left ear cuts in and out for me. The rubber in ear piece in uncomfortable due to the logo, but can be replaced with more comfortable ones. You get what you pay for, for the price it performs as well as I thought they would, but if you want high quality sound, comfortable in ears, and perfect bluetooth connectivity, save up for higher quality.

The earbuds should work at the same time if you so chose.
Please try troubleshooting to pair both earbuds together by following these instructions:
1. Put the earbuds inside of their charging case
2. Unpair them from your Bluetooth device, and turn Bluetooth off
3. While in the case, tap each earbud sensor 5x quickly, one at a time
4. Choose which bud you want as your dominant, and remove that bud alone. After a few seconds, you should see blue/white flashing lights.
5. remove the remaining bud from the case, wait until you see a solid white light.
6. Turn Bluetooth on, and pair them to your device.

These fit decently well, but I don't think I'd use them if I were exercising. The sound quality isn't on par with something like a nice set of over-the-ear headphones, but for the price aren't absolutely terrible either.

Posted .Hi Rore, I'm sorry these didn't fit well for you. You can shop smaller ear tips as long as they are 3.5mm that may be placed on your earbuds for a more comfortable fit. -JLab Audio
