For some reason, the website wouldn't allow me to get an extended warranty for only one pair. I mean, c'mon.. How likely am I to have issues with more than one pair? So, I didn't get the extended warranty. When they arrived, only one case would charge the earbuds. So, I set up a return on the website. By the time I finished tending to other priorities, the website stated that it was too late to return. I'll reconsider where I make my next purchase, as other companies give you more time to return faulty items. As far as quality goes, they are nothing special. I simply use them to crowd out the noise pollution from my ear holes. They aren't loud enough. I try to take them out, to avoid a phone call it have no time for, and it somehow answers the phone. I try to adjust them, to keep them from falling out, and the volume goes down. It would make more sense, for the controls to be on the carrying/charging case, to make it user friendly. Not too pleased with my purchase..
