I needed another dedicated pair for working out. I got them and discovered that they had reworked the controls from my other pair and instead of pressing a button, you can just tap the logo now! They are fantastic! The only thing that I do not like is that they do not have a door to keep them in the case for accidental drops. They go in different directions and increase your risk of losing one or both.

The volume and sound was not good, you get whatcha pay for. They were cheap but expected them to work long than a month. BB didn't help either

There are definitely some short-comings, but I expect this when I am not paying near or over $100. These headphones are overall very nice, and definitely worth it for the price. The areas where I would say that these fall short is in audio quality, and I would prefer to have a case that fully shuts. Otherwise, I am very happy with this purchase and it suits my needs for listening to ASMR at bedtime.

Now they won't connect properly to most of my bluetooth electronics. Sometimes, they stay connected even when I put them away in the charger. Sometimes, no matter what I do, they won't connect at all.

Posted .Hi there, please try troubleshooting by doing this:
1. Put the earbuds inside of their charging case
2. Unpair them from your Bluetooth device and turn Bluetooth off
3. While in the case, tap each earbud sensor 7x quickly, one at a time
4. Remove both earbuds from the case. One should blink blue and white, the other a solid white.
6. Turn Bluetooth on, and pair them to your device.
