Terrible for even slightly small ears

I ended up putting ear pieces from an old headphone set on them to make them more comfortable. I have to have my music volume turned 100% of the way up to hear at a normal volume with these headphones because they are so much more quiet than usual, and they are not noise cancelling at all. They constantly fall out of my ear, and if I try to push them in farther so they don’t fall out, the sound “closes” up. If I move my jaw even slightly, the seal breaks and the headphones fall out. I had a different pair of JLAB headphones before this that I loved, but I am very disappointed in this model. They’re cheap and come with a charging case, and that’s the best part about these headphones.

Waaay too big!

The sound is great but they are so big, even with the smallest geltips, that I can't keep them in my ears. Not sure what to do, considering how much research I did before purchasing!
