Won't charge won't power on won't connect, not a dang thing. I had full faith in these being that I've purchased them before and they worked perfectly, I even liked them better than my AirPods. I have other JLab headphones and they were always awesome. I guess you win some you lose some.

Only thing is I HAVEN’T RECEIVED THEM YET, I purchased them on the 4/13/20. Today is 4/25/20, I tried to call and see what the issue was or how to go about tracking a different way, but the wait time was 1 hour and 20 minutes of hold time. Which I understand because of COVID-19. When I track them with the tracking number it just says delayed shipment. I just need to know if I’ll ever get the headphones, will they ship a new order, or will I get my money back?
