Bought a pair a few years back and they still work great. These ones... not as much. Trouble connecting to my phone, one ear pairs the other never does. Giving 2 stars because the other ones still work great. But overall experience not so good

I have had cheaper headphones out perform this one. The headphone are hard to keep in your ears, constantly falling out, and trying to fix them either makes you accidentally hang up on a call or skip to the next song. The worst thing is the connectivity issues, with both calls and music, unable to enjoy your music or have a conversation because the JLab keeps cutting off and on.
