    Honestly if you're only listening to music then cool make the purchase. The mic on these isn't great for phone calls, not sure about gaming.

    Charged fully but buds won't charge does after 1 hour of wearing said low battery on my right does that I missed the return day by 2 days need to bring back

    Bought two pairs. One never worked and the other one works fine for a week. then start to have some issues with one of the headphones.

    The case doesn’t charge red light turns on when we plug it in and turn off 15 seconds later, I have left them over night and nothing happens

      Hi there, when you charge your earbuds make sure you are using a 5V 1A charger as we note in the instructions. If the charger is more than 5V 1A the earbuds or case won't charge. -JLab jlabaudio-conv
