The volume is very limited and has minimal range. The sound quality is EXACTLY what you'd expect from a $30 pair of wireless earbuds; no bass with an average sound mix. Honestly, I would not recommend these. Choose a wired pair every time, unless you ABSOLUTELY need full wireless earbuds.

I am not that into music, just listening to radio on my walks so I didn't need something expensive. I like how they came with 2 sizes to fit better in your ears. I needed the smaller size.

One stopped pairing/resetting w/in a month, but after 2 weeks. Not exchangeable. Was told we should have bought a protection plan. Best Buy does not guarantee their products will function properly beyond 2 weeks. I'll be purchasing a replacement elsewhere.

Bullcrap headphones

The charging case doesn't charge all the time and charging port breaks easy. These are worst headphones ever do not buy them

long wait and horrible service

The account is tagged to my spouse's name (we have the same last name). However, it took the sales person over an hour after I checked in to let me know that I wouldn't be able to pick up the order because the names didn't match. He told me I could switch the pick-up person person online, but that it would take another hour to process. I cancelled the order and went to Amazon, I received the firesticks next day. Lesson learned.
