Posted .Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits. Then, when placing the buds in your ear give them a slight twist away from your face. The proper fit is key to a great listening experience. If none of these tips work you can purchase 3.5mm ones elsewhere to place on your buds. -JLab Audio

I now cannot connect them to my phone, and they will not turn off no matter what I do. Hold the buttons for 5+ seconds, nope. Put them in the charging case (which should automatically turn them off), nope. Do yourself a favor and pick any other brand besides jlab.

DOA, mic is not working from day 1.

I mainly used for music, and when I needed to make a phone call? turned out its mic was not working. Contacted JLab and was advised to send it back to them, on my expense. No, thank you.
