Reliable and comfortable

Very comfortable, especially at bedtime if you like drifting off to a good audiobook.

Unfortunately, the reviews don’t match what I observed. As soon as I placed phone down there was no sound. Tried to problem solve with no success. Spend more money to get a better product or stick to the headphones that chain you to your phone.

Was never able to use the pods. Total duds. Do not recommend. I submitted a ticket for customer service help from the brand and they never responded.

Microphone very poor

The purpose that I purchased the headphones was to talk on the phone using the headphones while doing other activities so I would not have to hold my phone in my hand.
