    The sound quality is very tinny and they are extremely big they stick out of your ears like a sore thumb!!!

      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits.     Stopped Working

    After about 2 weeks, the right earbud would randomly lose audio. Did a manual reset per the manufacturer's instructions and both earbuds completely stopped working.

    These are decent ear buds for the ear. Sound quality is not as crisp as the Apple brand but for a budget minded person they get the job done.

    Suggest do not but this product if u want to buy get best not like this cheap don't know best buy sell like this item which makes waste of money...

    Unreliable. After charging for a day they don’t last an hour. And maybe it’s the charger that I keep plugged in but might not be making contact the ear buds.

    This is like the second item I've bought something from BestBuy and it f-ing went out on me in 3 months. I'm starting to think Bestbuy has a conspiracy going on.

    These are nice when they work, but that isn’t guaranteed. The touch commands almost never work and after wearing for more than an hour my ears hurt so bad. I have small ears and have on the smallest ear pieces and yet they still hurt. It’s cool that you can use one earbud at a time while the other charges, but that’s only so I can just have one ear in pain at a time. Nice that they’re cheap but these have become my last resort headphones. Not worth it if you have small ears.

    Not easy to use and didn’t work I tried to use offered features with supposed easy tap commands, kept freezing, skipping and features didn’t work. Had to return

    The worst earphones I have ever had. They feel cheap and the sound stopped playing within the first month.

    They're decent, but they do seem to cut out more than others I've used. The tap functions can be confusing so they should work on that to make them easier to use.
