    The touch controls were very unpredictable. Songs would change for no reason. That was unfortunate because the size was absolutely perfect.

    Have no way to recharge and can not pair to my Computer for Zoom meetings They should have an adapter for the charging It is useless to me.

    The right earpiece doesn’t pair on my iPhone. I tried to return but they said its not returnable already. I will not recommend this item.

    The sound quality is ok. They work fine but the connection is unstable. A number of times, one earbud disconnects such that I only hear from the other.

    Very low volume, I can barely hear anything. Volume is barely audible, I do not recommend these ear pieces

    They are bulky. They fit in the ear but sit on the outside as well. They are also hard to get in and out of case.

    Too bulky for my taste. Couldn’t stand them sticking out of my ears so far. Returned them.

      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits.     They worked great for about 10 days. After that they don't turn on. No matter how long i charge them. I guess you get what you pay for.

    Had issues connecting to chrome book for my daughter's homework computer. Sound when connected to other devices were fair at best.
