    Don't like the shape, and never fit my ear regardless of size. If you want a good pair of wireless earbuds, it better to spend the money then going cheap.

    These earbuds broke within 2 weeks. I literally used them a couple of times and that was it. The sound quality is shockingly terrible too. I bought these because I had done some research online for the best cheap bluetooth headphones and these regularly came up on the lists. One positive side of them was the fact that they fit my small ears pretty comfortably. However, after several hours of use, the raised logo on the ear tip started irritating my ear but that wasn't that bad. I would not recommend buying these. Just go for headphones that are not true wireless if you want to stay in this price range.

    I liked how small the unit was, but, I returned them due to the fact that I could not answer the phone with the left ear bud and even with the smallest ear rubber piece, it was uncomfortable.

    Lasted 2 months . Only one side works at a time . Reset it many times following jlab directions by phone and online .. doesn’t fix the issue . reception cuts in and out . You can send it back to jlab if you want to pay for shipping handling not worth it for price of earbuds .

    The sound is good. The earbuds stoped holding a charge . Extremely frustrating they charge but only work for an hour max.

    They are a decent temporary fix when I can’t find my Samsung air buds. Battery doesn’t stay charged very long and sound quality it just Ok and they are not very comfortable in my ears.

    Not very good at all ,you can't answer a call with out dropping the call. You can't adjust the volume through the blue tooth you must do it through your phone

    Another PRC product. Is sturdy however sound quality is poor, the earbuds don’t fit and stay in ear. My AirPods were the best, regret buying this junkie.

    These headphones don’t work very well it’s hard to connect to your blue tooth on my phone it keeps disconnecting from my phone

    Getting it set up and using it is very time consuming and difficult to pair and get to work, no extra ear buds for replacement.

    I bought these thinking they'd be good but too my disappointment they were really bad sounding. No better than 1$ earphones. Severely disappointed. Went to get a refund.

    Cannot shut these off. I can get them to do everything else, tap to answer your phone, tap tap to fast forward. But 3 taps to shut off? Nope. Would not recommend.

      The earbuds will automatically turn off when returned to the case. If the case does not have a charge, then it's not able to turn them off. You can charge the case or manually turn off each earbud by disconnecting them from Bluetooth (and they will auto shut off in 3 minutes). -JLab Audio jlabaudio-conv

    They are hard to keep up with. And the sound quality is horrible. When you make calls its a horrible connection.

    When used there is almost no bass and the left side is 60% the volume of the right. Currently waiting on a second set.

    I purchased 3 pairs, 3 different colors. Two are working fine as of now. The green color pair were not great, one of them stopped working after 2 weeks.
