    Hurts my ears and falls out all the time. Don't feel good . Have to hold them in my ears to hear with them.

      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits.     The sound quality of these is average. And it took me only a week to lose on of them! Glad I did not buy a more expensive pair.

    Bad sound quality and low battery life. They dont get loud and they sound like dollar store headphone drivers are in them.

    Worked well for about a year, then when “fully charged” the left will only charge up to medium and lasts about 10 minutes.

    As the new low price leader for true wireless headphones, it's only fair to assume that something is compromised with a product at this price. I am happy (maybe even shocked) to say the JLab Go Air true wireless headphones are exactly what you'd hope to get for your money. The included charging case is well thought out and integrated and belies the low cost of these earbuds. I especially liked that the charging cable is part of the case so I don't have to have another one laying around read to charge them. Fit was great - they include extra sized ear pads but I found the standard size were a perfect fit for my average ear canals. The earbuds have a secure fit and stayed in my ears comfortably when performing yard work (mowing the lawn and weed eating). Battery life is as advertised, I am getting about 5 hours per charge and the case only has to be charged every ~3 times I juice up the earbuds themselves. Since I listen to a lot of audio books, I really liked the ability to use one earbud at a time, both work independently. Sound quality is what you'd want for something at this price - no major distortion and plenty of volume. I preferred the "JLab signature" EQ setting, but there are 2 more options for balanced or bass boost EQ. Overall I'm more than pleasantly surprised with these Go Air earbuds and will be recommending them to friends who don't want or need audiophile quality sound but want something well made and low priced.

      Go Air are 20% smaller than the JBuds Air. This means a slimmer profile, great for smaller ears. A longer earbud stem provides a more snug in-ear fit. If gel ear tips just don't feel right in your ear, it's time to try our Cloud Foam.     I bought two pair, based on the advertised '20+ hours of play time' only to have the fully charged earbud die after about 4 1/2 hours every day.

    they fit good, but one ear had the up volume and one ear had the down volume, so you had to wear both at the same time to control the volume.

    These headphones would not stay in my ear whatsoever. They kept falling out.

    Worst Bluetooth earbuds ever! Bought them because my wired earphones started cutting out I would’ve never bought these if I knew they were going to sound like a scratched CD playing! They can barely sync to each other and play at the same time. My advice is to keep clear of these earbuds

    I haven't had these very long at all and the audio is already distorting at failing entiely on one side. I get these are only $20, but that should get me cheaper audio not a product that breaks within a couple months. Junk. Don't waste your money.

      Hi there, please try troubleshooting to pair both earbuds together.
      1. Put the earbuds inside of their charging case
      2. Unpair them from your Bluetooth device, and turn Bluetooth off
      3. While in the case, tap each earbud sensor 7x quickly, one at a time
      4. Choose which bud you want as your dominant, and remove that bud alone. After a few seconds, you should see blue/white flashing lights.
      5. remove the remaining bud from the case, wait until you see a solid white light.
      6. Turn Bluetooth on, and pair them to your device.

    Summary: + Price! + Wireless! + Punchy bass when you get them seated in your ear perfectly + Love the charger plug! + IPX4 - Touch controls are a little finicky - Not as comfortable as other buds in the market (YMMV) - Difficult (for me) to get them seated in my ear for optimal sound - Charging case is an open design, no cover These wireless earbuds are a great way to get introduced to wireless tech if you've never owned a pair or are holding on to your wired buds for dear life. Fitment is straight forward; insert into your ear, then rotate them in the direction toward the back of your head. But I found myself having to readjust the bud over and over to get the most optimal sound. Once I have them seated just right, I can feel a bit of discomfort around the silicone tips that are inserted into my ear canal opening. This in turn will cause me to readjust them to find a more comfortable fit..but then the optimal sound is compromised! This finagling can get quite annoying. The touch controls can be finicky as well; maybe I’m in the minority here, but there are a lot of control combos to remember. At the very minimum, volume up is a single tap on the right bud; volume down is a single tap to the left. If you decide to increase the volume rapidly, you’ll inadvertently execute a double tap and end up pausing the track. Do the same to decrease the volume, you end up calling Siri. Too many controls and they overlap. Less is more, no? Soundwise, I think they are very decent. They are a passive design, attenuating outside noise by making a seal within your ear canal opening. I found it to give nice, punchy bass and decent mids and highs. For the price, I am impressed. Lastly, the charging case is very polarizing to me. On one hand, it has the most amazing charge plug for USB-A. I wish that everyone else could implement this design because they took the lightning plug and implemented it in a standard USB plug! God bless them. On the other hand, the case has no cover, which means the buds are going to pick up dust particles and pocket lint during your travels. The buds do hold strong in the case due to the magnets, so I don’t think you need to worry about them falling out. Honestly, these are a great way to introduce yourself to the world of wireless listening without breaking the bank. They can also be your everyday pair, on your way to work, working out or mowing the lawn. They are IPX4, so you can sweat to your heart's content.
