    Will never buy a JLab product.

    DO NOT BUY . lasted me 2 months and both of the right ear plugs stopped working. I bought the black and green ones. They are definilty not what they say. Music is ok . talking to people is the worst .

    Would not stay charge. The charging case would not take a charge. I would not invest anymore money in these ear buds. Complete wast of money!

    Can’t hear anything, no clear sound and they sound foggy.... YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! I used at least twice and tossed them out. I would not recommend and I wish I could get my money back

    The left earbud stopped working the same week I got them. I would charge it, and it would indicate a low battery as soon as I would connect to my device. Extremely dissatisfied!!

    I really want to return these back but I am beyond my return period. These headphones work fine but over a period of 5 mins or so, it starts to hurt my ears! :(

    Normally I hate earbuds that use silicone tips to seal/stay in your ears. I can never seem to get a good fit or if I do, they are jammed in so tight that I can't wear them for any reasonable length of time. I needed some earbuds to block out sounds from the outside, sound decent itself, be compact, and not cost too much. On all counts the GO Air earbuds, block sound pretty well without being jammed in there too tightly and stay in place (probably because the body of the earbud isn't pushing against the rest of my ear as much because it is pretty small). They also sound decent enough for exercise and yard work (which is what I wanted them for), and they are a decent price at $50. All-in-all, I didn't expect much with these since I have been disappointed in earbuds twice the price, but I'm pleasantly surprised that the JLab GO Air's do the job pretty well.

    I received a pair of the GO AIR TRUE WIRELESS as a gift , I'm totally blown away by the sound quality and the built in features , I never expected the quality along with the ease of use . It took me about 4 or 5 uses to get acclimated with the built in controls but other than that I have NO PROBLEM with them , comfortable and easy to use

    Quit working two weeks after I bought them, they just play static and the battery drains after fifteen minutes.

    Well you get what you pay for. Maybe my ears are just weird but I didn’t get that great of sound quality out of them. Ended up returning. Still waiting on my refund.

    I only had these for about a week before they quit working, went and exchanged them for another pair a few days ago and they don't work either

    Fantastic Sound

    These sound incredible. I have a pair of AirPods Pro, and I tend to forget about them and grab these GO Air pods because they sound SO MUCH BETTER. Jlabs truly has a sleeper hit product with the price they sell them at. I'm not even mad at the case; the magnets are very strong, and nobody walks around shaking their pod case as hard as they can all day every day. The attached charging cord makes it even better as there is nothing to lose.

    Because of the shape of my ears, these continually fell out. I should have returned them and now I believe that window has disappeared. My bad.

    We bought three pair of these, two black and one white. The white ones have never paired with any of our phones. The two black ones paired immediately with my phone, but not my wife's or daughter's phones. I use them under ear protection muffs when working in the yard. They fall out easily due to the size. The sound is decent if you are listening to talk radio, and I find they are very decent for the price when listening to music ( I am a retired professional musician with a music degree). I would not recommend them unless you are wearing them under some other type of ear protection because they do fall lose often. I have also been told by friends that when I use them for a mobile call it sounds like I am in a tunnel.

    I lost charger for it :/ they are good though but how can I get a charger with out having to buy the whole thing again

    Very disappointed. I think anyone who thinks these are even ok need to listen to something else then a cracked speaker in their cellar.
