    The sound quality sounds very bad Pairing them to your phone or tablet is very easy but the sound quality is not the best.

    I just love these. They are so comfortable, I can wear them all day. The battery lasts most of the day. I love that the case is so small and love that you can easily charge it into any usb. The sound is very clear and it works seamlessly going back and forth between my phone and ipad. It actually knows which to connect to. I also love that it tells me how much charge is left. I just love it all around.

    These earbuds are by far the worst ive ever had. i cant hear people and people cant hear me. complete waste of money.

    All the were sorry''s is NOT good enough, Personally i Hate the word sorry, its like we will correct and do better and support is very important and if their so many problems that should tell you something, Back in Old days , Some are so smart their down right stupid, its like most their never put personal use to the test be all the for releasing to the public way up to a year of use of developers personal use NOT a bunch of BS to milk people put of their hard earn money and keeping at a very decent price especially for seniors who are on fixed incomes. (Universal for all wireless,WiFi and Bluetooth (Tv's,Stereos,Car Stereos,Pc,Laptops, androids and apple compliance,Covering all sound formats etc.al) Clean Noise Cancelling sound,Great high bass adjustments and comfort.Last long charging for hours and days of top enjoyment and comfort. Be the Best top of the line in the market place keeping price down. This way you will rake in the money at a very low Best price. Ps: Dont talk the talk BUT walk your talk by backing it up an stay at the top of your field in all areas

    Very bad, one of the headphones come bad, do not work properly and doesn’t have charge. I do not recommend that’s item.

    For $30 these are good little earbuds

    These are my first bluetooth, wireless buds. I needed them for work, since the cable on regular earbuds get in my way (if not for that, I wouldn't bother). It comes with 3 pre-set equalizers, but really the Jlab Signature is the only one that sounds good. I'm no audiophile, but I do enjoy actually HEARING the little things in my music, and these satisfy me. Also, the touch-sensitivity works just fine for me, once I got used to it. What I don't like, is that the smallest buds still hurt my ear canals after a few hours. I have to adjust them every now and then as well, to make sure they stay put. No big deal for me, I'm not using them for working out. "Just buy smaller eartips" would make sense, except that the actual little hard piece of plastic that it goes on is the thing that's too big, unfortunately. I don't use these at home much due to them being uncomfortable after a while.

    After a week the right one stopped charging and now the entire charging box doesn't work. I've only had them a month

    Easily broken when dropped. There is also no closure to the case. Its not durable.

    Hurt my ears, just a little too big. Feels a lot like plastic. Very cheap quality. Had some audio issues as well.

      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits.     Long battery life & great sound

    I have been pleased wuth the long battery life & great sound of these J Lab Bluetooth earbuds that i got for $19.99 plus tax. They do have great range. I've been able to walk from room to room without my phone & still have good reception. I can make & take calls without any problems. I have the lavender color because I didn't want white or black.

    the battery only lasted for 2 hours after charging it the entire night. Now only the right side is working. Not worth it

      Hi there, please try troubleshooting to pair both earbuds together. Chances are one became disconnected to Bluetooth.
      1. Put the earbuds inside of their charging case
      2. Unpair them from your Bluetooth device, and turn Bluetooth off
      3. While in the case, tap each earbud sensor 5x quickly, one at a time
      4. Choose which bud you want as your dominant, and remove that bud alone. After a few seconds, you should see blue/white flashing lights.
      5. remove the remaining bud from the case, wait until you see a solid white light.
      6. Turn Bluetooth on, and pair them to your device.
      Also, please contact our customer service team for assistance on them not charging. This should not be happening and we'd love to make it right! -JLab Audio jlabaudio-conv

    Exceeds expectations for price point

    I have had these for about a month now and have no complaints. They are super cute, I love that the case is also a charger. The battery lasts fairly long. I use a few hours a day - normally charge the case every few nights and it seems to work well on that schedule. For the pricepoint the sound quality and noise canceling greatly exceeded my expectations.

    Terrible range. Signal cuts out when I place my phone in my pant pocket. Touch sensors are inconsistent.
