Constantly disconnects
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The mouse works well but the keyboard stops working constantly even though it’s on an claims to be connected. Everytime the keyboard stops working I have to go to the pc and replug in the usb dongle to work again and it happens far too often

JLab GO Bundle
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The mouse stopped working almost right away. The keyboard is find, but doesn't feel very sturdy... don't expect it to last long.

Keyboard has a huge latency (DON'T BUY!)
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is literally the worst wireless keyboard that I have used in my entire life. You type, and sometimes it doesn't type anything, and some other times it works. If you wait for a few seconds, then it just turns itself off, so when you start typing again, you have to pretty much press some keys so it wakes up. It has three types of connections, using the USB, and two Bluetooth options. It would be great if at least one worked, but none of them do. I cannot return it right now, but honestly, I am going to throw away the keyboard either way because, at this point, it would be more useful if it was recycled and used as a trash bag

Save for a better product
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly, don't buy this. Save the $25 and get a Logitech G305 mouse, and get a quality keyboard. This thing never worked properly for me. The range of the wireless receptor is bad, and the keyboard was up-in-the-air whether it would work or not at any given point. I wasn't expecting anything fancy for the price, but I got no good use out of these devices and should have just bought better quality items.

Good Quality But Clunky To Use
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are used to typing on a standard keyboard this is difficult to get used to.

Mediocre Keyboard
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Whenever I use the USB connection, the keyboard lags when I use shortcuts, such as Alt + Tab or Ctrl + Tab. Often, I have to turn off the keyboard, turn it back on, and wait a few minutes for it to reconnect. I usually use shortcuts, but this keyboard does not like that. The only way to fix it is to connect the keyboard and mouse to Bluetooth, which is easy but inconvenient.

Just Bad, poor connection
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just stick with a tried and true brand like Logitech. This mouse and keyboard kit was junk. I used it with an Acer Chromebook book and the mouse worked fine but the keyboard constantly didn't register key strokes. It just randomly wouldn't register anything you typed then all of it would start working again. I had new batteries in it. I would just avoid!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The keyboard is worthless, it stopped working properly after a week and by the 2nd week the bluetooth connection stopped working completely. The mouse however is still working perfectly fine

Almost A Touchdown Pass...
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am writing this review for the JLab Go Keyboard and Mouse Bundle. While unpacking the JLab keyboard and mouse from the box, it struck me at how seemingly small both the mouse and the keyboard are. But then again, this is a set that is designed for portability. As I studied them, I began to see just how perfect the size of them both are for packing away in my backpack while travelling, or while mirroring a computer to my TV. The minimal footprint of the keyboard allows me to sit comfortably in my Livingroom without being chained to a table or desk. Very nice. I first used the JLab combo on my all-in-one desktop. The thought kept running through my mind about how I was going to be able to set them up. And what I mean is, since they both connect to the computer by using the supplied dongle, how would I proceed if they were not recognized? Well, this issue was laid to rest immediately. This is the most plug and play keyboard and mouse I’ve ever used. As soon as the computer booted up they were both connected and ready to use! I didn’t have to push any buttons, go through any type of setup, just plug and play! Nice… The JLab Go combo is designed to be able to connect up to three different devices. In the past I have had some very mixed experiences when attempting to use other devices that boast of being able to do the same thing, so I wasn’t too excited about jumping through all the hoops that I expected in order to use the Go combo on more than one device. I studied the Quick Start Guide for a couple of minutes and took the plunge. I have to admit that I was not prepared for how easy this was. Just a push of a button or two and both devices were connected to my laptop. I just can’t say enough good about this. EASY!! The function keys will take some time in becoming familiar with the various nuances involved. Most full-sized keyboards typically use the same function keys, that is, they are basically the same from keyboard to keyboard. One of the “nuances” is the media button at the top right of the keyboard. It controls media volume, play/pause, and track forward/back. I guess I can blame it on muscle memory, but when playing various media, my fingers keep reaching for keys that are now assigned to other functions. There is no negatives involved, its simply getting used to something different. But seeing as how I will more than likely be using this combo on the go, this is not a big deal in any sense of the phrase. Now, you may be wondering why I gave the JLab Go Combo a four-star rating. Let me start by saying I almost gave it a three-star rating, but decided this one flaw was not serious enough for such a low rating. The keyboard wobbles. Only slightly, but enough to be aggravating. I don’t know if the wobble is caused by a little too much glue underneath one of the rubber cushions, or if there is a slight warping of the keyboard body itself. All I know is that I am going to have to put a bit of tape on one of the cushions to eliminate this distraction. Other than the slight wobble, I am super pleased with the JLab Go Keyboard and Mouse. I love the compact size and the ability to EASILY connect and use it on up to three devices. This is definitely a product I will be highly recommending!

Keyboard constantly disconnects
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The keyboard constantly disconnects. I have to keep reinserting the dongle for it to work. This is for an industrial pc that has no bluetooth so I have to use the dongle. Bad product.
