They seem to be great for the most part but I think my work system isnt as compatible with them so instead of using the bluetooth feature I use as a plug in. Noise canceling is great and I can hear my customers super well.

Cheap but good

Microphone works really well if you have it in the right place. Only mark down is the microphone broke when it fell off my desk. Still works with a little tape, but wish it was a little more durable.
