Worth the money,bought this product at discount prize every penny worth of it. Clear audio quality without any noise issue

I work from home and decided to buy this headset so I am not "chained" to my table for 8hours. I would really loved for this to work but I have been getting comments from my caller that I sounded like I'm in a cave or how they could hear all the background noises

Overall, I really like this headset. The sound quality is solid, the noise cancelling mic does a good job of blocking out background noise while still having clear quality. I absolutely love the mute indicator on the end of the mic boom. Given all the things that they got right, the things that they got wrong (while minor) are so incredibly irritating. Things like the battery indicator only giving you the status of "full", "medium", or "low" rather than a battery percentage seems like a rather egregious oversight. Also, it is frustrating that it is designed to simultaneously connect to multiple devices (very useful to connect to both a laptop and a cell phone), but as far as I can tell, doesn't have a method to automatically pause media on one when taking a call on the other. This is definitely a good product and I would definitely recommend it, but there are definitely flaws.

It has proven useful and adaptable since I can use the usb-dongle, charging cable, or Bluetooth to use and keep it connected.

Use it for work and love it. I'm allowed to have it connected to both my computer and phone with ease.

Very clear audio! Kind of heavy on the head but not too bad overall. For around 40 dollars its a solid purchase.

Its too much pressure on my head also is not really noise cancelling, people on the other side can hear background noise

Great headset for the office. Working in a building with 30 cubicals, this is a great way to listen to webcalls.

Tried a couple similarly priced Logitech headsets but ended up returning. I like that these can be used wired or Bluetooth. USB c is a must these days. Sound quality is great for voice. Wouldn’t use for music.

I use it every day for work, the sound is good, excellent noise cancellation, above average value for money.

Fine item for comfort and quality. Only reason for the 4 star ease of use is the location oft he connection and volume buttons. Difficult to push while wearing the headset.

The sound is good and not much feedback at all. Not a fan of th flat ear part but my daughter loves it.

Jlab go work is a great headset for work. I use it for up too 8 hours a day and the charge lasts all week.

I love them for the price and quality is unbelievable for under 60 bucks

I've had trouble travelling with headphones in my computer bag. Typically the pads tear up or come loose from the frame. But this set has held up well. The sound is good quality and the mic picks up my voice well in zoom meetings.

This headset did last almost a year with almost daily work from home use, but i am now at the point where i have the mic boom and each headset side electrical taped together. I am not sure if i will buy this again for my work from home use.

These are excellent for work and day to day activity. I love that it connects to both my laptop and my phone at the same time. At the price they are going, they will not last in store once people really try them.
