I use my cell ohone al lot socit was going to be paired with my cell phone. I got it connceted just fine. I made a couple of phone calls and I rhought it did sounded fine. Then, I used kt to listen to music and after.like 30 seconds into listening, ut disconnected. At first I thought I did something. I connected again, then it disconnected again just by listening to music. After about 8 disconnections within the first half hour, i decided it was definitely not for me. I contacted support and they were no help so I decided to return it and get something else.

Microphone constantly stops working

Connected it to a new HP laptop and it worked great for like a week. Audio works just fine but the microphone cuts in and out now and constantly. It’s almost like only the microphone goes into power saving mode or something and I have to tap on the mic several times for it to start picking up my voice.. either returning or asking for a replacement.

Maybe it was me who did not know how to increase the volume but my volume was on max.

I also use it for listening to podcasts. I don't think it's as good as my wired set for music. That is the only downside. I do like that I can walk around in my house listening to podcasts without being tied to my computer. So great for that!
