Paired it with my laptop while on travel only to discover that I could pair it with my phone at the same time!

Intially faced issues with calls, my voice was not clear to other side. I think the mic has to be in a specific position which resolved the issue. Cutting one star on the quality as my left side frame broke over usage. The plastic seems to of lower quality.

If you just need a headset for phone conversations, then I guess it will do. I opted for a better wireless headset with better sound quality and fit.

However, I have been unable to connect them with anything. They don’t come with a dongle that you plug into your computer. I guess this is supposed to be Bluetooth only but it never pops up when looking for Bluetooth devices on my laptop for work. I also tried to connect it to my personal laptop and it just never pops up as an option. Comes with a cord where you can connect the headset directly into the computer and I’ve tried that also and it does not connect to the computer. However, the headset comes on and the voice lets me know that it is on and ready to pair, but none of my devices can seem to find it.
