headhphones is OK not the mic

I would not recommend if you need other than Bluetooth to use.

Stopped Charging

This happened just a few days after return period expired

Okay headset!

Disappointing Headset Experience

Unfortunately, it has been quite the opposite. The sound quality is feeble, making it difficult to enjoy music or participate in calls effectively. The volume levels are consistently low, even at maximum settings, which is frustrating. Moreover, the headset has a persistent issue with the mute function. It frequently prompts “mute on” and “mute off” without any user intervention. This constant interruption is not only annoying but also disrupts conversations and meetings. It’s incredibly distracting and makes the headset unreliable for professional use. Overall, I would not recommend this headset. The poor sound quality and the erratic mute notifications make it a disappointing choice. I would suggest looking for a more dependable option that delivers better audio performance and user experience.

Decent Headphones

The boom mic immediately broke, which was disappointing. When used on my iPhone, the person I called could not hear me clearly and the mic did not block out ambient noise.

The plastic construction of the headphones is flimsy. Even with mild usage, the plastic pieces keep getting broken and pretty soon you're working with a heavily taped-up and superglued version of the headphones.

One button for Bluetooth and power is an issue and doesn’t work. Don’t buy these if you need them 24/7. They are not compatible with call center work.

Great for WFH

Not having the wire and clear calls was just what I needed. The mute button doesn’t work turn on the Mute on Teams though. So you could get that double mute going.

November 29th 2022 headphones stopped working, mute does not work at all and when speaker is on can barely be heard. Disappointed, would not recommend.
