worked great for a month after that the mic vol went so low no one could hear me. i tried everything suggested on their website and users on the web to no avail. replaced it with a wired logitech headset.

Doesn't work with ps5 controller. Its usb only & Doesn't have 3.mm connection.

Comfortable fit but volume is low even on highest settings

I can't really offer a review on these because I had to return them, not for any reason other than my work computer doesn't have Bluetooth and that was the only available option for wireless use for these. I would not recommend if you need other than Bluetooth to use.

Worked great in terms of sound quality, connecting devices, etc. However, charged once and stopped charging so can no longer use. This happened just a few days after return period expired

The dongle is too wide. No issue with the headphones. As long as you like, not wide!

Not bad for the price, I can hear my customers good but them on the receiver end have a hard time hearing me. They say it's sounds like a echo sounding call.

I recently purchased this headset, hoping for a reliable and high-quality audio experience. Unfortunately, it has been quite the opposite. The sound quality is feeble, making it difficult to enjoy music or participate in calls effectively. The volume levels are consistently low, even at maximum settings, which is frustrating. Moreover, the headset has a persistent issue with the mute function. It frequently prompts “mute on” and “mute off” without any user intervention. This constant interruption is not only annoying but also disrupts conversations and meetings. It’s incredibly distracting and makes the headset unreliable for professional use. Overall, I would not recommend this headset. The poor sound quality and the erratic mute notifications make it a disappointing choice. I would suggest looking for a more dependable option that delivers better audio performance and user experience.

Works Very Well but cord is too short to be functional. Use exclusively for Zoom meetings.

The fit is good but the sound is not great. The boom mic immediately broke, which was disappointing. When used on my iPhone, the person I called could not hear me clearly and the mic did not block out ambient noise.

Love these they work great with any computer or phone

The electronics are good and easy to operate. The plastic construction of the headphones is flimsy. Even with mild usage, the plastic pieces keep getting broken and pretty soon you're working with a heavily taped-up and superglued version of the headphones.

Consonants loses connection, I will be unable to hear or no one will hear me. One button for Bluetooth and power is an issue and doesn’t work. Don’t buy these if you need them 24/7. They are not compatible with call center work.

This was a great addition to my WFH setup. Not having the wire and clear calls was just what I needed. The mute button doesn’t work turn on the Mute on Teams though. So you could get that double mute going.

Purchased August 7th, 2022 worked great for a few months. November 29th 2022 headphones stopped working, mute does not work at all and when speaker is on can barely be heard. Disappointed, would not recommend.
