Not expected from this brand. I decided to purchase an OK headset for my misc tasks laptop and it just wouldn’t connect. I have tried it on my 2 other high performance Asus and Alienware laptops and still wouldn’t connect. Just because it annoyed me so much, I purchased a Poly 4700 headset, and it works like a charm. Conclusion? No matter what you are using your headset for, just throw in an extra $100 and save yourself the headache even if you are going to barely use it.

You must use the accompanying USB cable that comes in the box or USB-C to USB-A or -C. This was the only way for a gamer to get accurate response time when it comes to important 1st person shooter games.

When making a call and someone answers, it's all static. I can barely hear anything and they cannot hear me. I think I got someones returned item. I ordered online and picked up at the store. I should have know because the box looked like it had been opened. They are going straight back!

Thank you for the input. We appreciate the feedback as this helps our design team to know what to improve on in future designs. Please check out the JBuds Work Headphones. These are a newer design. I also found the Go Work to be a little constricting but the JBuds Work fit like a dream!
