These a re great for the money…..the lit end of the mic when muted is super helpful in Zoom meetings. If I can use them, anyone can!

I haven’t been able to get the volume to increase since I am hard of hearing. Other than that it’s ok.

Summary: If you are looking for a quality headset that is simple to use and reasonably priced then look no further. I have been impressed so far with this device. Details: - Unboxing was simple and the packaging was nice. There are two cords supplied: 1) USB Type A to Type C for typical charging and 2) a Type C to 3.5mm jack to plug into a computer (or a phone, if your phone has one). The cables are aqua blue/cyan in color instead of the standard black and that may not be your cup of tea. But they do stand out and the color does not bother me. There is a very minimal Quick Start Guide /manual pamphlet but that was fine to get me going (and I quickly downloaded it for quick convenience too). The pamphlet does point you to the requisite web site URLs which is good. The manual says not to connect to power greater than 1 Amp which I feel is a bit limiting. You can rotate the boom mic to use either on the right or left side. - Connecting was simple. No issues at all. The multipoint connection feature worked well as I connected to multiple devices including cell phone, computer and desktop phone system. You can connect to two devices simultaneously. - Controls are fairly standard but they are good and intuitive. There is a female voice that when you connect that tells you hello. It also gives you the battery level. Pressing the power button twice activates Ok Google (for me, an Android user), but apparantly will also do Siri. I do like the fact that there is a red indicator at the end of the mic boom that indicates in red when you have muted the mic. - Comfort was fine, although maybe a bit stiff. I do expect that they may loosen up a bit over time, and it was not really an issue for me. I have not used these for more than a couple hours at time, but that could be a factor if you must wear them all day. Note that the headset is on-ear, not over. JLabs makes a little bit more expensive headset that this one where you can remove one of the cups. You may want to investigate that if you are on calls constantly. This unit fits my needs though. - Sound quality is excellent. No issues at all on my end or on the other during calls. I actually tested the sound with music and it is pretty good (again with intuitive track/volume controls). I should not compare them to my much more expensive stereo ear buds, but they were pleasing and I have no issues with listening to music with these. One weird aspect tho....I tested the unit wired into my laptop's 3.5mm jack instead of Bluetooth. Windows recognized the plug and play device right away. This is not a setup I will use very infrequently, but I wanted to try it out. While the call quality was as good if not better than Bluetooth, the music quality was lacking. Strange, but I did not try to troubleshoot that much since I don't think I will ever listen to music while connected via a wired connection. But sounds via Bluetooth from both my PC and phone was pretty darn good for a device that is not really intended to listen to music. - Battery life seems very good. Again - I don't spend all day on calls, but - I think I am getting about 5 days without having to recharge which is more than satisfactory. I recommend this device wholeheartedly given its price/performance ratio!

My wife uses these JLab headphones for online meetings, and they work very well.

Overall works well. Little uncomfortable for all-day use but occasionally it's fine.
