I have been using this headset daily now for all of my work calls. It is comfortable and sounds very good. I have asked for feedback from the folks on the other end of the calls and everyone has said that it sounds like we are talking through a wired headset. It has volume buttons along with a mute button and a double press to activate Siri. The volume buttons also serve to advance to the next track or reverse to the previous track. There is a hear yourself talk on and off button as well to aid with background noise situations. Another great feature is the ability to connect to two devices at once. This is particularly handy when I’m connect to my iPad and iPhone at the same time and a call comes in. There is no need to change headsets. The sound is also very good. Music sounds great through the headset making it very multifunctional. Finally, it is so light that I can hardly tell that I am wearing it. As with other full headsets, it will not stay in place when I bend down. This is a working headset and works great for that purpose. This is not a workout headset, so keep it for productivity related activities.

I bought these for my son using it for online learning and gaming. No complaints 2 months in.

They were not with the sales person, led me to believe that they were. They were not the right kind of USB. as nd returning them was horrinle. Them clerk was really rude, and ruder when the c-port usb was not there. He did not bother to tell me that I had only a day to to return it again. I was out of town. So when I was able to take them back with it all the parts in the box the next Kirk was very nice, but I had expired that the date which I can get cashback for return. I ended up with a gift card. Not a satisfactory experience in any end. I ended up ordering the ones I really wanted from Amazon because they were out of stock at Best Buy.

Excellent choice would purchase again if there was a need. Wirk from home and these allow me a lot of freedom

The first few months the headset works great, no issues. Like clockwork, after a few months the headset presents problems. The microphone will begin cutting out causing the person on the other end from understanding me. Then shortly after, it will begin to stop working altogether. I’ll have to push the mute button a few times and wiggle/move the microphone up and down to try to get it to work again. I feel like I’m back in 2012 with the wired earbuds that you have to bend/hold the wire in just the right way to get them to work. I’ve had them replaced once, and they both had the same issues develope. I will not be giving it a third chance.
