The sound quality is great but they get super heated up! Idk if only my model is defective or if it's a product issue but the heating makes it impossible to use for >30 mins at a strech. I'd recommend investing in a better headset if you use headset regularly

I have used many headsets and I enjoy this one the most. The headset is comfortable with its adjustable padded headband and nice soft on the ear pads. It has all the features you want and need as opposed to some other headsets that just have a few features. First and foremost this headset sounds great if listening to music or a Zoom call. Participants on my Zoom calls report the audio is clear. There is a MUTE button easily accessed on the boom speaker housing. There is also a red LED to indicate you are muted. The mic boom can be rotated so you can have it on your left or right side. If you wear it on the left be aware that the boom lays over some of the feature buttons. So if you use it as just a headset you will be quite pleased. But as they way...but wait there’s more ! The headset can connect to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously. I have one connected to my PC while watching videos and the other connection to my phone. An incoming call will alert in my headset and can be answered from the headset. Another feature is something I have never seen on a headset and that is the ability to have some of your voice be fed into the headset speakers so you hear yourself. This prevents you from speaking too loudly since you can hear yourself. The lack of this “side tone” or “comfort noise” is why so many people talk so loudly on cell phones as there is no such feedback. This is a great feature to have on a double headset and is much appreciated. Other features include a method to change EQ between voice and music. I don’t hear much difference but you might. I change music tracks, call my personal device assistant and of course I have answered calls or rejected them. When I turn on the headset a voice will tell me the status of the battery, It will also announce when you have a Bluetooth connection. Battery life has never been an issue. All in all this is a fantastic headset that I would not hesitate to recommend to friends or family.

Wow. These are absolutely phenomenal headphones. I've been looking for a bluetooth headset to use for my meetings at work, saw these and thought I'd give them a shot. For the price, you can't go wrong. I was super excited to try them when they arrived. I gave them the initial charge and paired them after following the instructions. The paring with PC was quick and easy. I just initiated the pairing mode at the headset, went to the PC Bluetooth menu and selected “Add a Device”. The rest was done by the PC. The sound quality is the same- deep, rich, loud, and clear. The headset is made of flexible, light weight plastic. It comes with USB-C charging cable and also an aux cable in case you want to use it in a traditional way (wired). What I like: 1. Headphone are extremely comfortable to wear. Thanks to the cushioned earpieces. Absolutely love them. It stays on your head and on your ears until you want to take it off, unlike my previous headphones that just kept slipping off my head. These are tight enough to stay there and loose enough to be comfortable on your ears. 2. Audio quality is good. I am not looking for Bose type quality, but video/music playback is fine and so are the calls. 3. Distance is good. On other Bluetooth devices, I can get a couple of rooms away. With this one, I can almost walk throughout the house with only 1 dead spot on the complete opposite side. Usually, I just walk around in my room while I'm in the meetings, so bluetooth range is not an issue for me at all. 4. Stays connected to two machines. I was concerned about this. I wanted it to work with two PC's at once. The connection process could be more straight forward, but it isn't bad. You connect to one machine and then sync it to the other. After you have both devices synced, then you have to connect it to the first again. Not a big issue and it does keep the connection. 5. Great battery life. I fully charged them after taking them out of the box and have used them for more than a week now without needing to recharge them and don't see a need to for at least another week. They can be fast charged via USB-C. 6. Buttons are nicely placed and are very easy to operate. I really like the mute button placement on outside of right earpiece. It comes in very handy during Microsoft Teams or Skype calls. There's an LED light indicator at the end of the mic stick that indicates whether you are on mute or not. 7. It's cheap. Cheap enough that if you break it, you can replace it without fretting over the $$ you sunk into the previous incarnation. I can go on and on listing things I love about these headphones. As far as things I don't like, there aren't many. I personally wish the ear pads on the speaker were a bit bigger, but it's not horrible. It feels like it has a decent quality to it when holding it and putting it on. Other than that, I absolutely love them and highly recommend if you are in the market for decent headphones for work.

    Comfortable mid-level Bluetooth headphones

These headphones are what I would consider mid-range in terms of price and quality. Being a little more expensive than some headphones, they have a few more features, if those features are worth the extra price to you. JLab makes headphones and earbuds at different price points for different needs and uses. These headphones are padded both on the earcups (which are on-ear) and on the headstrap. They are comfortable to wear for a long time, but are heavier than similar headphones I've had in the past. There is no dedicated left or right for these headphones, since the boom mike rotates both ways. It just depends where you want the mike and the controls, which are on the same side as the mike. When not needed, the mike lifts out of the way and can also be muted with a button on the outside of that earcup. The end of the mike turns red when it's muted, which is in your field of view when it is lowered near your mouth. This headset connects to your devices with Bluetooth. I was able to pretty easily connect with several devices, including Android phones, a Smart TV, a Windows desktop and a couple of Windows laptops. The only device that had any issues was the Windows desktop. Once connected to the desktop, if I moved around or even moved my head, the sound was interrupted. Since this only happened with one device, it likely was an issue with the desktop's Bluetooth. All the other devices had good sound even when across the room from the device. This headset would benefit from more buttons, but since it's a small set, I can understand why they opted not to. The Power button turns the set on and off, answers/rejects calls, plays/pauses music, contacts Siri or Google and connects via Bluetooth. The length or number of presses of the Power button is what decides what you're doing, which can be confusing. I think most people would opt to control most things from their device rather than the headphones. One nice inclusion is a USB-C to Auxiliary cable for connecting to the audio port of a device if it has one. I was able to plug in to my desktop, since the Bluetooth wasn't working very well with it and listen to music. Using the headphones and boom mike for phone calls is easy once paired with your phone. The calls sound clear and I was told by people I spoke with that my voice was clear as well. Charging is done with an included USB-C to legacy USB cable. Once charged, the headphones hold a charge for a long time, since I used it for a lot of music listening and TV watching and the charge hadn't gone down much at all.

Awful. Stopped working within 3 weeks. Trying to get a replacement thru the warranty was useless as shopping would have cost nearly as much as buying a new set. It's a shame because they did work perfectly before the constant, deafening screeching noise. Save yourself some hassle and buy the Sony wireless headphones

I work remotely and spend several hours a day on my phone or on video conference calls. I like using a headset so I can keep my hands free to type. I found this JLab headset and decided to try it. I have had previous good experiences with JLab products, and this one is no different. This headset is well made and easy to use with good features. The first thing I noticed was the soft padding on the earpieces and the headband. Even with this thick padding, the headset is not very heavy. It definitely has a comfortable fit, and easily accommodates my large head. The book mic is easy to position in just the right spot, and where I can see the red mute indicator LED on it. Speaking of muting, the large, easy to find button on the outside center of the earpiece is perfect. The three buttons on the edge of the earpiece are also easy to locate and use. I do have one complaint, though. A single tap of the power button is used to end a call. A few times, I’ve accidentally pressed it when feeling for the volume button. I’d rather have had that be a double-tap or longer press to hang up the call. Other than that, it’s intuitive and works well. The sound quality is good on both ends. One feature I really appreciate is its ability to simultaneously connect to two different Bluetooth sources. I have it paired with my phone and computer. When the phone is not in use, it connects to the computer for use with video conferences like Zoom or GoTo. When a call comes in or is placed on my phone, it automatically switches to it. This is a great feature and makes this headset easy to use in my home office environment.

Poor Sound Quality and No Noise Cancellation

I tested this headset before using it for work, and the sound quality was extremely disappointing—choppy and unreliable. It also failed to cancel any background noise, which is essential for work calls. Unfortunately, it didn't meet my needs, so I returned it.

I have been enjoying the Go Work Wireless Earphones from JLab. The headphones come with two cables. One that is a charging cable and a cable where I can easily connect it to the laptop. Connecting to the Bluetooth went really quickly. I was impressed because sometimes when attempting to connect products to Bluetooth you have to follow a lot of steps. Not in this case. What I like is that you are able to use these as wireless or wired. The call quality is great and provides a clear sound. The individuals I called using the headset could hear me very clearly. In addition, when I wasn’t taking phone calls, if I was in a meeting and listening to music the sound came in clear as well. When listening to music, was impressed with the quality of the instruments and being able to hear them well. The volume is easy to adjust by clicking the smaller button on the right side. Then for placing calls on mute, you hit the circle on the side of the headset and the indicator light will come up where you talk. The light turns red, to show that you are currently on mute. Additionally, the headset is adjustable. Overall I am impressed with the battery life and the sturdiness of the headset. Feels like good quality. I would recommend these to those who need a pair for work and even when using in the community or just because. Pros: • Soft Ear Cushions • Quick connection and Quick charging. • Last over 45 hours plus hours • Can connect to my laptop and cell phone. • Great sound Cons: None at the moment

This headset was listed as ideal for calls, particularly for a PC. One isn't supposed to use the stereo settings for calls? The AG doesn't sound good at all. Ease of use it not a feature you'll find with this head set.
