Wasn’t what I needed or just couldn’t get it to download on my pc

I just got them to work, the instruction were odd

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED THAT THIS DOES NOT WORK WITH MY NEW aTT CORDLESS ANSWERING MACHINE SET. iT DID NOT SAY THAT WOULD NOT WORK WITH LANDLINES.

I got this on 1/23/25, and on 4/15/25, the mic is not working in Teams meeting, and it is not turning off while connected in Bluetooth.

The JLab - GO Work wireless office headset is yet another well made headset from JLab. A lot of people are working from home right now, and this Bluetooth wireless headset makes it easy to clearly communicate with others. The microphone does a good job at picking up the voice of the speaker while keeping outside noise to a minimum. The mute indicator makes it easy to see if your mic is on or not. The padded cushions are comfortable. All-in-all, this headset has worked great over the last few days of testing it. I should say up front that I received the JLab Go Work for the purpose of providing my honest thoughts and feedback. Like many people, my wife and I found ourselves working from home most of this past year. My wife works as part of a support call center. They had her on a USB wired headset. We have been taking turns with the JLab Go Work and I think we are both quite impressed. We both like the wireless freedom. I have enjoyed the battery life and how easy it is to set up and use. I had my wife call me with the headset and she sounded super clear. Not only that, but I only heard her and not the TV or the dog barking. The dual microphones do a good job at isolating the speaker's voice. The mute button was simple and the light indicator at the tip of the microphone was a nice touch. While the mic mute was activated, no audio came through the microphone. (I have tested headsets where that was unfortunately not the case.) Also, the multipoint Bluetooth works as advertised. It was relatively easy to have the headset working on the phone and the computer. If I could make a suggestion, I would set it up with the phone first, then turn off Bluetooth on the phone, connect the headset to the computer, and then turn Bluetooth on the phone back on. Some things to note: The headphones come with a USB-C charging cable and a USB-C to 3.5mm aux. Important to note that according to the included documentation, the headset needs at least some charge to work with the wired 3.5mm cable. Also, even when off, pressing the mute button will cause the microphone tip to turn red. Meaning, even when you think the headset is not active, it could still drain battery if the microphone light is pressed. Finally, while the volume up buttons worked fine for the phone, they did not control speaker or microphone volume within Windows. In conclusion, I think this is a good, comfortable work headset. The Bluetooth connectivity worked well. I had no static and neither my wife or I had any problems being understood. As a wireless work headset, I highly recommend it. 4.5/5

good product and a good price. The only issue I have it's Bluetooth only and sharing my screen on Teams, it will not allow to share the sound (from videos or music), I must switch headsets to share it.

Mic cuts out after 20 - 30 minutes when using with Microsoft Teams. The Type C to 3.5mm Aux cable provided for wired use is only 38inches long, so that's not a realistic option. This may be a Blue Tooth/Team issue, but in any case I will be returning it.

The JLab Go Work wirless office headset is my absolute favorite and daily go to for all my work calls. This headset is beyound soft and comfortable with its padding. It fits my head perfectly, providing comfort for hours while working withkut giving me a tension headache. This headset can connect to two devices at one time which i love. I dont have to charge it daily which i love because majority of the time i forget to charge my stuff but this holds charge for a long time. It has a long mic boon which i love. The sound quality is amazing, clear, and free from any static or distortion. I can hear clearly when im on calls, its loud, and the person on the other end of calls has no problems hearing me as well. My favorite fearure is the red light for muted calls. That red light assures me that the call is muted which is great because i do work from home and have children as well ao i can easily mute calls quickly and see that its really muted. I love that this headset is bluetooth and not wired. It connects easily. Overall i love this headset for its comfortable features as well as how clear my calls are.

This is the best headset I've ever used. I use Microsoft teams for work and this headset connects easily and stays connected unlike most other headsets I've used. It's fairly comfortable but does need to be adjusted after a bit if you're on super long calls but that's pretty normal for me. The sound quality is great and has decent volume. Calls are clear on both ends and I was pleasantly surprised to hear that it blocks out a decent amount of background noise. I use a white noise machine when I'm really focused and it was audible when using previous headsets. No one has been able to hear it with this new headset. The battery life is excellent especially for someone like me who is not great about charging a headset daily. One charge easily gets me through the week if I'm not on back to back calls. I love that when you turn it on a little voice pops up to tell you it's connected and what you're working with for battery life. This does also have a nice mute button on the side and the tip of the microphone turns red so you can be sure it's muted.

Mic is complete garbage...nobody can hear me. I called myself and left a voicemail and could not hear myself...comfortable enough but does not work.

Works great in an office environment, makes it clear I am on a call.

Perfect for my calls at home and no longer need to deal with cords

The sound quality is fine. I found the headset to be constricting and the bluetooth would periodically disconnect

Outside sounds bleed through both the earphones and the microphone. Save your money and go for a better set of headphones.

I now wear hearing aids, so do not use anymore. Easy setup.

Noise cancellation sucks, microphone is very flimsy

Horrible wast of money, I was planning on using these for work, but the Bluetooth connection is horrible. It sounds better connected via cord.

You have to know to add it as Bluetooth not a headset and even then, with a Best Buy tech to install it, it only worked one day. Now I have to wait two weeks for him to come back. Yes, it's charged and no, I didn't reboot the machine and it didn't self-reboot for updates.

This item is broken within within a week.Contacted best buy they advised me to go to the location i picked it up from.The lady at at the register was very rude and condescending and dimining.Then yells out The return policy is 14 days.i asked her for the manufacturer Warranty number ,her response was "You can google it".I have beena loyal customer total tech menber since college and I am rethinking my choices
