    These worked great and are so handy at work. 2 months after purchase the small place piece buy the microphone broke... i expect more from $50 headphones

    i don’t recommend this, i got this because of the reviews and because of the price. i have a big head so maybe it’s that idk. i work from home and i’m still in search for a good headset that dosent hurt. this one when i’m in meetings ppl keep telling me that i sound like i’m super far away and also if u move the jack you can hear how the sound goes away. it hurt my ears after 4 hours of use. it’s heavy as well, i am returning

    Drops minutes in any Teams/Zoom/Google Meet

    I would not buy this again. Every time I am in a Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet call the audio just stops a few minutes into the call and I have to switch to my computer. I've turned off power saving options for all my Bluetooth drivers, reinstalled all drivers, etc. The [cruddy] solution JLab gave me was to use the headset to listen and my computer's built in microphone to talk. This is on a brand new PC running Windows 10.

    Did not connect well & static prone.

    It was very staticy. It did not work as anticipated. The clients could not hear me and it did not connect correctly. I dont know if this is just my experience but this was a terrible purchase. I purchased a cheaper bluetooth compatible headset and it connected in seconds with no static . The cx could hear me well. I do not recommend.

    Don’t waste your money. I’ve had these for about 3 months and they have already gone out on me. I bought them for work because I take phone calls all day. Customer’s started complaining that they couldn’t hear me so I can’t even use them now.Such a waste of money and it says I can’t get my money back for them. Very disappointed.

    Returned these. They were overall in my opinion poor quality. Bought them for use at my desk in my home office. The connection was never very stable and they were only used wireless at a maximum distance of 4 feet. Even when they were connected the sound quality both sending and receiving was not a good quality and often had static.

    I was needing a new headset to use in conjunction with my mobile phone as well as Alexa. Having prior experience with JLAB products, this new product got my attention. Some minor dislikes aside, this headset is just what I was looking for. High Points: • Once you get the feel of the black-on-black controls, device set up and Bluetooth connection is quick and easy. Be sure you have fully charged the battery before beginning operation. • 45+ hours of battery power is advertised. I cannot attest to that, but I can say, I have had it powered on for a few hours at a time with no issue at all. • C3 Calling feature uses two microphones: one for your voice and one to filter out surrounding sounds. People I have called so far have commented on how clearly they can hear me • The easiest control to locate and use is the Quick Mute feature. To mute/unmute, all you need do is tap the outer portion of the right earpiece, no groping for a tiny button. When muted, the tip of the wand lights up in red. Tap again, and the light shuts off, and you are back to being heard. I really like this feature and the well thought out design that is so user friendly. If you have finger flexibility issues, you will find this feature helpful. • Even though the headset is designed for wireless use, JLABS has had the forethought to include a Type-C to 3.5mm auxiliary cable for wired use. High tech or low tech , you are covered. • Bluetooth range projected up to 30 feet, depending on environment. • An especially nice feature is the ability to connect to two Bluetooth devices at one time. For example, while listening to music from Alexa, I was able to make a call without losing the Alexa connection. The music stopped when I made the call, and the music restarted when the call ended. This is my second favorite feature, with voice clarity of calls being the first. • Music playback quality is particularly good. It is clean, has good separation, adequate bass, and clear highs. I have some hearing impairment, particularly on high treble tones; and, with this headset I can hear tones I would normally miss. Low(er) Points: No deal breakers, just observations. • The headset is not heavy, but it does have some bulk. That said, the over the ear design, in my opinion, enhances the quality of listening whether for phone calls or music by minimizing distractive sounds. • The black-on-black buttons all have the same feel and are positioned where you must rely on touch to get the one you need. This seems to be common among the various brands. It would be nice if there were a difference in feel, which would make a proper “blind” selection easier. If you want a great headset for phone calls, the GoWork can do the job well. If you want a great headset for listening to music, the GoWork can do that, too. The real beauty is that if you want both together, well…by now, you know the answer. Absolutely, I would recommend it to a friend!

    This is my second pair I’ve bought. They have broke within a month. Both pairs. They are flimsy and not well made. Would not recommend to anyone. They won’t last long.

    This is a clever device that is now a permanent fixture at my desk. In a world where working remotely is a staple in our society now these are great and inexpensive option for those on-line meetings or just enjoying music while working from anywhere. The headphones are lightweight and perhaps not made out the strongest material but with some care that should be fine. The earphones are soft and hardly noticeable even after prolonged use. The Bluetooth connected without issue on my android device, iPhone, Dell laptop, and my Acer laptop. The sound quality is good but not mind blowing when streaming music or videos. The voice audio during my online meeting was impeccable though for those listening to me and for me. I will note that the ear pads do not cover the entire ear so they are not noise canceling, and the ambient noise of your environment will be heard to certain extent. All in all, really nice and I would highly recommend.

    After a couple of weeks, turning on and off is nearly impossible no matter how many times you press the power button or how long you hold it. Very inconsistent and will power cycle in middle of calls with no warning
