Good choice buy a guían............................

I’m super pleased with this headset! This multiconnection Bluetooth headset fit my needs perfectly. Working from home, I needed something that could connect to my laptop soft phone as well as my cell phone and this did the job wonderfully. I also love that I could hear everything on my laptop through the speakers. The mute button is super easy to find and I love the lighted reminder at the end of the boom mic. The ear cups are extremely comfortable and are like wearing nothing for the entire workday. All the controls are on one earpiece and weren’t too bad to learn and get used to. The battery lasts so long! I’m not sure how long exactly, because I couldn’t run the risk of the battery dying mid workday, I did charge them after 3 eight-hour days. Everyone I asked said I sounded like I was in the same room and sound quality on my end was fantastic. To top it off, these are less than $50!!! What’s not to love?

Trash. This is my second pair and they don’t work properly. I need these for work and they’re not helpful because they cause problems while I work.

Keeps dropping Bluetooth connection on 2021 MacBook Pro- today is day 16 so not returnable!

Hurt my head and ears after wearing them a while. Eventually returned and traded in.

Do not buy this headphone. I have bought two and both had same issue. After few months, turn on/tun off button does not work. It is not worthy to buy.

Worked great for two week and then the mic started not working properly.

These suck not really sure who can even use these. The sound its terrible and anyone on the other end sounds like you are talking in a tunnel.

I brought these for work purposes and I regret spending money on this horrible headset. When speaking I always have problems being heard, and all I hear is static on every call. Please save your money!

Connection is terrible i wasnt able to be more than 3 ft away from my computer or the connection was lost completely

I am always on teleconferences and have an external system plugged into my laptop that work provided. It has to be an Aux/USB system because bluetooth is disabled on our computers for security reasons. I had hoped that the headphone would have more functionality when plugged into the aux port (volume +/- and other features) but it is a passive device when used with the Aux cable. The mute button on the side is the only button that retains functionality. I must say that I like that it is a 'real' button and not a touch one since it is a much more tactile response. That combined with the mute indicator light on the boom mic (which does still light up in Aux mode), gives a clear indication which mode you are in. All that being said, I didn't really feel that I could knock the JLab GO Work headset because it does work perfectly as a Bluetooth headset with my phone, and it didn't promise any additional functionality for Aux usage (that was just my hope). Also, they are extremely comfortable for long periods of time, I can hear others very clearly (though these are just OK for music, but can do in a pinch), and others say that I come through clear and strong. I wanted these since I am now in a management position and didn't want to be just yelling into the external device so they could hear me because now I will sometimes be talking about my co-workers and need to be a bit more low key since we have very thin walls around here. They are great for this usage because I can speak normally, and the people on the other side hear me fine and only I can hear their response. I haven't really tested the 45 hour battery life claim since they are using Aux all the time, but the instructions do say that the battery is still used in Aux mode to power the microphone. I'm betting that I'm going to get significantly more time with these than 45 hours with only the mic using the battery! For the price, these are a great set of work headphones, and are probably even better if your work allows you to use the Bluetooth function of your computer (I understand why it is that way, just wish they could figure out a way to secure BT better).

These feel cheap and definitely are not noise canceling at all.

I just needed a basic headset with a microphone attachment for my work Zoom meetings. The JLab Go meets those needs with nice sounds, a comfortable feel on my ears, and a good mic pickup that doesn't sound muffled. Those on the other side have stated that it did not pick up any background voices and sounds. What is great about this headset is that it can be wired via usb-c or Bluetooth with over 45 hours on a single charge. With the wired ability, you can connect it to both a computer and my phone at the same time. There is a mute button and volume rocker on one side with easy access. Overall, great battery life and amazing sound/mic pick up. Not too many thrills, but it is not too heavy on my head and easy to store in my bag when I'm on the go.

Garbage, the entire left earpiece broke off 1 month after out of warranty, the mic audio was very poor anyway. And no I don't have a large head.

The set up was easy but the sound quality is muffled and sometimes horrible. I ended up returning them for a better headset

Doesn't have my needs..this sucka..I threw it in the trash..first time I brought a item that sucks

When you talk it sounds like a robot. Returned after 2 days

The microphone picks up an unusual amount of background noise. Get something with a better microphone unless you work in complete silence.
