    Don’t get this headset! They do not work the way it supposed to. It doesn’t charge and even on mute people can still hear you

    Horrible. Mute button was lit and everything can be heard from the other end. I was intrigued by the price but I guess you get what you pay for

    Not reliable for virtual meeting use

    After less than five months' very light virtual meeting use, these are headed for the trash. Mic is bad and crackles, on ear design is uncomfortable.

    They were good for the small amount of time they lasted. They broke only after a couple months use and now are worthless.

    If you are tired of using regular headphones or earbuds that eventually hurt your head or ears while you are on calls or zoom/webex meetings then this is the set for you. While I like using wireless earbuds for work as they are compact and easy to travel with I found that I prefer using these on the ear styled headphones. While they are larger then putting wireless earbuds in your pocket they feel much more comfortable and I don't mind keeping them on my head. The battery life on this headset is no joke. 45 HOURS! They know people who are in meetings all day don't have time to charge there headphones all day. I am always traveling so even though I only had these for a few days I know that I can count on them lasting a few days before needing a recharge. You can also plug theses into your computer and still use the speakers/microphone if the battery gets low (this will save you one day so keep the cord handy). The speakers sound good. I would say they are your average quality ;however, at this value I wouldn't say I want any more or less. Usually audio quality on phone calls and online meetings is not always crisp no matter what your headset. Its perfect for what you need. These are not meant to be blasting out tunes but are for work or school. The Bluetooth connection is on par. Usually with these style headsets you need to plug in but with them being wireless you can connect them to any Bluetooth enabled device. Just make sure your computer has Bluetooth! My home and work pcs/desktops all have Bluetooth but I do see some computers out there that don't. If your always on work calls or in meetings you should invest in a pair! I have a similar headset (different brand) that are wired and I cant stand the wire. I was unwrapping and wrapping the cord multiple times a day but no more! Great VALUE!

    This is trash! They get any reception u can’t walk across the room to file things with them disconnecting. I had them too long and I can’t get a refund

    This headset meets all expectations, lightweight, good sound, the mute button is cool. Its connectivity is not great, it has just dropped off an important work call today. Not the first time, just first work call it usually connects again. Then picks up randomly. That part is a little wonky. The mute button is good but if you are used to using Teams or whatever and click on the app's mute, it's no real help.

    I had been without a headset for over a year. Everything about the JLab Go headset is outstanding. From ease of setup and use, to sound quality, to charge life, it's more than I could have hoped for. I charged this thing a few days ago and with light use, it's still got a near-full charge. It's comfortable as well.
