After only a couple of days the headphone pads would come off and I would have to consistently take the headphones apart to put them back on for my child. The product was not expensive so I guess you get what you pay for.

I love the look and feel of the headphones. They are very comfortable for him. However, they don't always work when we plug them in. Have not had the product that long to be having issues.

The headphones were hardly used by that time. Glad they were not expensive.

Doesn't work right

I ended up exchanging one because it stopped working the second day. The noise came in muffled. I tested the new one and it was working fine but then it stopped working and started making the muffle sound again. The other one that I did not exchange started doing the same thing. The headphones sometimes work and sometimes don't. I would not recommend buying these. I used these on a Chromebook and cell phones.

POOR quality

They only lasted a couple months and the connection tip broke off inside her tablet. The school had a very difficult time removing the tip and threatened to make me pay for the school-issued tablet. Best Buy would not replace them and JLab would not respond to multiple attempts to contact them.
