Even at maximum volume it was really hard to hear anything from the device, i tried it with my android phone and windows laptop both but compared to my pre owned sony headphone this one had a very poor sound quality. I had to return it and in turn i lost my best buy certificate as well.

They don’t have any volume setting on the earphones or cord so the volume is always low and hard to hear. If the volume / sound was better I would be giving these 4 stars but since they are basically unusable I can’t give them that high a rating.
