Poor Quality

The volume became too low, was not able to hear anything properly Also the person at the other was not able to hear me on video conf calls, too bad

We've bought a few pairs for the kids, and they generally last about a year or maybe a little more and then something snaps. Our kids are super gentle and careful with them, so I'd recommend spending a little more to get something more durable unless you want to keep buying replacements.
