Not good quality

After only a couple of days the headphone pads would come off and I would have to consistently take the headphones apart to put them back on for my child. The product was not expensive so I guess you get what you pay for.

Doesn't work right

I ended up exchanging one because it stopped working the second day. The noise came in muffled. I tested the new one and it was working fine but then it stopped working and started making the muffle sound again. The other one that I did not exchange started doing the same thing. The headphones sometimes work and sometimes don't. I would not recommend buying these. I used these on a Chromebook and cell phones.

POOR quality

They only lasted a couple months and the connection tip broke off inside her tablet. The school had a very difficult time removing the tip and threatened to make me pay for the school-issued tablet. Best Buy would not replace them and JLab would not respond to multiple attempts to contact them.
