    Mic stop working a week after the return by date. I bought 5 pairs and they are used daily for zoom class. Now my children have to pull their headsets out to speak with their teachers. This defeats the purpose of having a headset with a microphone. I am very disappointed with this product.

    If anyone talks in the room in a normal voice you will not be able to hear anything again I understand there supposed to be safe but still

    God this a bind while on vacation. I get this is a kids headphones but the audio was a bit low even when the devices volume is high. My son barely could hear anything while on a flight.

    The microphone on the headphones only works about 1/4 of the time. We wanted it for my son to play online video games with his uncles, basically a waste of our money :(

    I purchase these for my son then bought the purple ones for my daughter and the sound is horrible it is extremely low volume and trust me I understand that children shouldnt be exposed to high volumes but these would be perfect for an infant.

    Part dislodged in Chromebook socket.

    The purchased headphones came apart leaving a small piece in the Chromebook socket with a small piece lodged inside! We are still trying to make contact with school district to try to repair the Chromebook to see of the small piece can be removed.

    These ended up breaking after not too long. The quality seemed fine, but once the plastic breaks they stopped using them.

    Absolutely no sound at all. I connected it with my phone, my laptop ,my desktop. Its the same with all the devices.

    Im very disgusted with this purchase. Yhe sound quality is not only poot quality. I can barely hearout of them. If the box had not goy thrown away accidentally. I woile have returned them immediately. Not happy at all with these

    My daughter used these about 3 times for her tablet at school. They no longer work when connected to her school tablet and the audio was muffled and indiscernible when she brought them home and I tried them on my phone. Worst purchase.

    It wasn’t a purchase meant for an audiophile, just a headset for the kids. Was disappointed with how quickly it broke with light use. Get what you pay for with this.

    I know the connector/wire connection is a weak point for most head phones and kids are hard on them as well, but I expect them to last longer than a week...

    I purchased these for my daughter to use for virtual school. They lasted for 2 weeks before the microphone went out. Buying gaming headphones seems to be the next best option.

    These were cheap and it showed. Better to just go with a more expensive headphone you’ll be buying it anyways
