    They didn't fit at all. No of the earbuds were comfortable. I gave them away - I couldn't return them because the packaging was destroyed getting them out.

    Very low volume. Bought them for work and I could not hear my music. No matter how much I played w the volume it was just soooo low and it has a moderate charge life

    ok quality. kind of large for ears and can be uncomfortable. But, I'm used to the wired headphones and creature of habit so maybe it's just because I dont like wireless

    This was my 2nd pair of JLab JBuds that I had to return The first pair would connect but not hold a connection to my Samsung TV. I returned and got these more expensive buds that would not connect at all. May be just my TV but I had to return both pair.

    I took a long look at what was available at BB. The floor clerk raved about these buds. I probably would have been better off buying the less expensive version, or ordered a real name brand.

    Average sound quality. Connecting to iPhone 12 pro max was in and out. I ended up returning them. Ear-Fun headphone worked out better for me with better sound.

    I had to send the 1st ones I got back because the sound was messed up. Now, the new ones sometimes randomly lose connection and it doesn't respond to the touch control on the earbuds.

    Too confusing instructions to memorize, didnt have time for it, sound was ok, also wanted to listen to sleep sounds to fall asleep but the bud in ear was too uncomfortable to side sleep on

    There was a strange white noise that was always there. I ended up returning the item because of it. If I wasn’t so sensitive with the white noise they would be great workout headphones. I just couldn’t get past the noise
