    Not a fan. Quality and sound wasn’t great. I returned these after a week and used the credit toward the purchase of Bose ear pods.

    I had a problem with the ear phones staying in my ear. I also could not get them to charge. I returned them.

    It is good for listening to music, BUT, when talking on the phone, it creates an echo and the other person cannot hear me well..had to return.

    Sound quality was horrible. They sounded like a $10 pair of headphones. No Bass. Tinny sound

    I look at the reviews before buying things. These had mostly good reviews so I went ahead and bought them. One side didn't work. I charged them to make sure they were fully charged. They both worked at first. Started out on a walk and got about 50 yards from my house and the left side started screeching. I had to return home. I shut them off and tried again and the left side didn't work, so I returned them.

    Pretty good ear buds. Sound quality and volume are good. Occasionally I have an issue where one comes on and the other doesn't, but placing them back in the case and then removing them seems to reset them and resolve any issue. The buttons are awkward to use... I just control from phone or tablet while using.

    They work ok - they don't stay in the ears very well. Not impressed - a lot of money for the return.

    I only use them a few times and they quit working. Because I had them a little over a month I could not return them to the store and I had to pay to ship them to J lab to see if they were covered under warranty.

    Son didn't like them. He said there sorry he can still hear people talking so he went with the jbl's.

    Worked great for about a week then the mic to make calls failed. Bought a new pair, and in about another week they failed as well.

    I tried for weeks to get them to connect. They would not even connect to each other, especially if the rubber attachments were on. Unable to return, absolute waste of money

    Returned these after I was unable to get them to pair with my new iPhone. I tried everything including a full phone reset. They easily paired to my MacBook. Easily paired to wife’s iPhone 7 Plus. They simply don’t work with the new iPhone and the iOS level 13.x.x madd no difference as my wife’s phone was on the same iOS version.

This is a known issue for new Apple iPhone 11 models that have affected numerous devices that utilize Bluetooth wireless, Bose, Toyota vehicles, etc. Apple is working to resolve their software currently. As of today, they are not compatible. While we hope Apple will have a software update soon, we have found a fix ahead of them.
