      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits.     These ear pods stopped working properly to fast and I rarely used them

    This product we purchased because the first one only held a charge for about an hour, and sound wasn't clear. Also purchased 2yr replacement plan, so when the first pair was returned we picked this pair JBUDS ear buds. The sound wasn't clear. Same issues as the other JBUDS. Returned these a few days later.

    Absolute garbage, never worked.

    I’ve been trying to get these to pair up and nothing. I hold the buttons for three seconds and all the lights do is slowly blink. Never any indication that anything has changed. Nothing shows up on either my phone or my wife’s Android. Going to take these back and get a different brand.

    I wish I could say I loved these, but I didn’t. I couldn’t here clearly and others couldn’t here me either. My car is a bit loud so it made it hard for me to actually here clearly. I have a friend that has these and she loves them that’s why I tried them out. Everyone experience is different.

    I Never Use Them. Didn’t Return Because of Covid

    The sound is ok at best if you get them to fit in your ear just right. The touch features are poor. After one charge, only one earbud charges. Microphone is poor quality. I never use them. I would’ve returned them, but with covid, I didn’t care to go into the store.

    Left Ear Bud shuts down consistently.

    JBuds Air Icon True Wireless In-Ear Headphones look good. However, the Left Ear bud consistently goes off. This prevents the enjoyment of stereo quality sound when only the Right Ear bud works properly.

    Since I bought this item form the very first day only one working and the second one work for less than an hour. I used for less than 3 days I tried to get another one can't get in touch with anyone. I want an exchange if there is a way for me to do that I will appreciate it.

    garbage, one of the ear buds quit working after 3 months. Exchanged and they sent me a lesser quality pair - garbage. Back to apple I guess.

    If I could give these a zero rating I would. These are the worst headphones. Can hardly hear sound... even after messing with the 3 pre-set equalizer. And don’t get me started on that... the sensitivity to manage the functions on are horrible!!
