    I followed the instructions in setting up but only one side works. It keeps repeating "Blue tooth connected, battery full, ready to pair" I just returned to work so I've been busy but mean to take them back!

    Start with bad. Does not work for phone calls. Poor quality. Everyone i called couldn't hear me, would hear load static and echos. Only good thing is the bluetooth range for listening to music, podcasts ect.

    They have no innovation what so ever. After sale and 10 coupon, I made out like a bandate and that still was not enough for me to keep them. Would not recommend.

    Right earbud cuts out.

    Right earbud cuts out. Sometimes accompanied by white noise and squealing. Have to do a bit of fiddling around to get it to play sound. Thought I would give wireless headphones a try but I'm just going to go back to wired ones.

    Will no longer charge

    I bought these in November 2020 and have barely used them. They will no longer take a charge and are useless as of March 1st 2021. I would love to exchange them but that time has apparently passed.

    Earphones are TRASH

    When talking on the phone with this Bluetooth I was told that it sounded like I was in a hallway with a loud echo and the earbuds would constantly go out and come back on. They are by far the worst I’ve ever had!

    Just returned these. Had them roughly 2 weeks and the left earbud stopped working. Tried to troubleshoot and nothing worked. Overall when they worked I enjoyed them.

    I am not happy with the earbuds. Only used once since purchased. The person I am speaking with cannot hear me and says it is muffled and far away. Even after a full charge.

    Had to return this product, as soon as I opened them one of the earbuds was not working. Also very disappointed with their customer service at the Brownsville, Tx location.

    Rocks in your ears

    These are heavy and hurt my ears. It feels like sticking rocks in your ears. Instead, go and buy JLab - Epic Air ANC True Wireless Earbuds - Black, they are awesome!

    Pretty much the worst headset i’ve ever used. I had one of their more expensive models, each had the same issue they stop charging after about 6 months or less on one or both ear pieces.

    Getting them to sync is a pain and the sound quality is not good. I would not recommend purchasing these. If you want them you can have mine...

    I bought this product 2 days ago it doesn't work now and I can't return it because it's impossible, I tried to call, I tried to go to store its just scam. This thing last just 2 days

    My son saved his money and was happy to see these earbuds at an affordable price. But the product is no good it hasn't even been 30 days and one of the buds no longer charge.

    Left one stops putting out sound at random. Minimal searching shows this is a common problem. Shouldn't even be on store shelves considering this.

    When they work the sound is good

    Horrible investment. Hard to operate. Controls work through taps...if taps are not perfect things go haywire. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE. Many better options in the same price range.

    The J stands for junk. Bad controls. Battery was dead during setup after charging all day. None of the tips fit and the earbuds all out.
