So Bulky. Uncomfortable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really want to like these, but they are so uncomfortable to wear. I cannot get them to fit comfortably in my ears, so wearing them for an extended period of time can be painful. They also don't stay put, so any movement such as smiling or talking causes them to fall out. Sound quality is decent for the price, but I've been having frequent connectivity issues after having these for a few months now.

Great sound, Horrible Call Quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought two pairs of Air Icon headphones (Having impressed with the Jbuds Air), thinking these are better. Positive things: Sound quality is exceptional if you are hearing youtube or music. Dont expect bose quality but far better than ordinary wireless headphones. Golden color looks premium. Charging box magnets are powerful - dont have to put much effort aligning when putting for charging. Neutral things: Sound is almost same as Jbuds Air model. And I think bass depth was actually better in the Air model. Charging box is little bigger for pocket - cant put tiny pockets on front of jeans. Negative things: (1) Call quality is truely horrible. I tried these in a starbucks were there were one approx 20 people in whole cafe (Another time just 5-7 people) and light music playing in background, and the callers on the other end could not hear one single word - and in fact they would get irritated by so much noice that they would immediately hang up. They felt as if everybody was shouting in my ears and could not hear one single word. I tried multiple times with different callers, and in the last call even I could hear the voice breaking. So it seems that the microphones are overly sensitive catching all ambient noise. 100% useless if you are thinking of using these for phone calls. I had bought two pairs, and havent tried the second pair yet. (2) Accidental touches causes soundtracks to change - happens a lot. I wish I could swap these for Air model, even though that is a cheaper model. (3) Charging cable wire is too short - have to either use extra cable or just let hang the cablebox - not a very negative thing given that the magnets are powerful. Since I am primarily using these just to listen, and not for phone calls, I would still buy at some deal price. But not being able to use these for phone calls kills 50% of purpose.

Great inexpensive earbuds
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ive had mine close to 3 years this December 2023. THEY WORK! I use them almost every day close to 3-4 hours daily, sometimes more. Sound is great, and I love that the case has the USB cable to charge in any USB port. As far as the MIC....it's not great. People tell me they sometimes hear me very well, and other times I sound muffled, with some background noise. Hit or miss. But when i Bought these on sale for $20, they work. I use them for daily commute, exercising, and travel. Overall, happy with these, but I am looking for others that have a better mic.

Made a good choice
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutely love these ear buds. I just bought these and the listening quality is great. I don’t understand some of the reviews about the limited volume. I have no issues. I use the phone to turn the volume up also and it is way enough volume for me. They fit well in my ears after changing to the smaller ear tips. And stay in well when walking the track. I’m still in the learning curve on the taps that work the functions. It is somewhat frustrating until I learn the taps of functions on each ear bud. I just wish I would have bought these sooner. The price is great and sounds great probably just as good as the high priced ones.

Good wireless earbuds
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've seen a lot of reviews talking about the low volume on these earbuds and hopefully some of those people will see this and it'll help them out. At first the volume was very low and I couldn't figure out why, if you look at the controls that come with it if you tap either the left/right earbud once it will increase volume or decrease volume, for me I saw this and thought "Oh, that's just the volume slider that I can control on my phone" but that isn't the case, that tap on the left/right earbud is actually the earbuds MAX/MIN volume that you are controlling, so if you single tap the right ear bud 5-6 times until you hear a beep you'll notice that the volume will increase drastically. A complementary fix is if you are on Android is to enable developer options and then disable absolute volume on Bluetooth devices. Hope this helps

Fine headphones but with some issues...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these earbuds as an anniversary gift. They work pretty well, and the sound is really good. I also got a pretty good deal on them. However, when placing them back in the charging case, they don’t always turn off and disconnect from the Bluetooth. This is super frustrating and probably drains the battery. Every once in a while, the sound cuts out for a second, then comes right back. Overall, you get what you pay for. They work fine for the gym and short periods of time.

Good for the price, but don't expect much
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You get a lot of features for a $60 set of true wireless headphones, but in my experience the audio lacked clarity and the touch controls were very finicky (triple-tapping to change the EQ was an exercise in frustration). Perhaps I got a defective pair, but I won't be buying a second set to verify it.

Got a bad stock!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First of all, I love this brand as I have owned a few of their headphones over the years (wireless as wells non-wireless). Last October I got the Air Sport True Wireless and it’s been great and my wife used it one day and she fell in love with it and wanted one of her own but picked this model (Air Icon). It hasn’t worked well for her so I have inherited it hoping I could make it work but nope. Failed. 1) It disconnects frequently from my phone while my phone is still on whether it’s a call or just listening to music. 2) I find myself having to yell all the time when am talking to someone. The Air Sport True Wireless is best when am on the phone because even in a packed room, am still heard without having to yell. Was purchased about 3 weeks ago so this is why I think it’s a bad stock. I love the brand so I will replace it with the Air Sport True Wireless.

Not worth the trouble
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If I could give this pair zero star, I would. I got this pair couple of months back and realised that it could not pair well with my laptop on Zoom calls. Call audio would get disrupted frequently. I managed to get another brand new pair from the helpful support team. There were no issues for a about a month and now I realised that the audio completely went out in the midst of my workout. It's frustrating. The ear buds do not fit well too. They are pretty heavy compared to a pair of bluetooth earbuds from Amazon that's half the price.
