My loss again
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m very disappointed, the first two weeks earbuds worked great. The quality wasn’t bad for the price and connectivity was also okay with a good base. If you are looking for a high volume this isn’t yours. After two weeks I lost one. After a few more days the one left didn’t connect with my phone, in the end I threw everything away. Again my lost. I wasn’t expecting to much for the 20 bucks I paid anyways. Good luck!!!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.after reading the positive reviews i decided to purchase these and give them a try. i was immediatly disappointed. i paired them up with my phone and played some music. the sound quality is terrible. they are tinny sounding and have no bass. i tried all three EQ settings and it didnt help much at all. even at max volume they just dont sound good at all. they are also uncomfortable to wear. going to return and try something else. not sure of the positive reviews.

Earbud stopped working after two months

On top of that there seems to be no type of fix for the issue whatsoever; all fixes/recommendations listed on the JLab website are not for the most current version of these headphones.

Tried to love them but Couldn't even use them

I have updated ios to 13.1 and my iphone connects fine with all other bluetooth devices. Also contacted there support but they couldn't even give me an answer. Also would like to note I have tried all troubleshooting like turning on and off bluetooth, clearing network settings, resetting my phone, formatting my phone, etc.

This is a known issue on apples' side. They are working to resolve their software currently. This has affected numerous devices, bose, Toyota cars, etc. As of now, they are not compatible. We have found a fix ahead of Apple. If you’d like to send them into us, we can update the software. No one has any idea of how long it will take for Apple to fix/address the issue. If you wish to have them programmed, let me know, and I’ll send you a prepaid label to your email. Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So first off there super uncomfortable and bulky, the sound is so incredibly low like if you have sensitive ears go for em but if you are used to the volume of a night club these are NOT the ones to buy. My skull candies were better then these so yeah don't buy them unless you got sensitive hearing oh and they don't block outside noise either.
