Went to Best Buy looking for a pair of ear buds and the associate who came by to see if we needed help, suggested these and I must agree that they are truly the best. Not only in terms of quality, but even the price is absolutely great. Highly recommend.

The sound is awesome in my opinion. There’s also 3 different settings if you want to change it. The fact that they can run independently is great, if I’m working I can typically only have one in. The charging box is great. I can get a large number of hours out of them

The JLab wireless in-ear headphones are exactly what I was looking for. Great price, excellent battery life and good sound. I recommend these if you are looking for an economic headphone solution that works as it should.

I've had various earbud devices throughout my life, but this was my first foray into truly wireless buds. For the price, it packs a punch. What I really like is the touch controls that make sense, for instance, volume control while also including playback, as well as the ability to use a voice assistant (Google, Bixby). It has built in sound modes to switch between a neutral sound, bass boost, or their own signature-tuned profile. It also has decent battery life. I will have to dock a star though because the included tips (I've tried them all) are uncomfortable after 2-3 hours. I listen to a lot of music while working at my desk and prefer my AKG wired headphones (they are ear buds, but they call themselves headphones) or cheap JBL wired ear buds. If I'm streaming music via my phone, I prefer using my Galaxy Buds+.

I bought these for a 12 year old and they were slightly big for their ears but work great!

Great sound. Really good battery life. Comfortable. Sometimes Bluetooth does not connect easily. Durable too.

Decent fit and good sound. I'd say a value for the price (compared to the more expensive Samsung earbuds) Really easy to use. he charger for the case is a little unwieldy to try to plug into a USB slot (e.g., on a laptop).

Ease of use, decent sound for the price, good battery life

I wear these almost every day to listen to music while working. The sound is very clear and they stay in my ears well. They were very easy to connect to my phone.

Inexpensive, but I’ve owned cheaper earplugs that performed much better. The volume is limited and even with the adjustment earpieces and girth bands (included in the box), I can’t keep these things in my ears. I’m looking for another set. It’s worth saying that the Customer Service I received while I was at the Savannah store was great!

I was looking for wireless headphones that didn’t cost an arm and a leg and more importantly didn’t hurt my ears. I don’t know if I’m just sensitive but I hate most in-ear headphones, especially the AirPods. I can’t wear them for more than 5 minutes before my ears start to hurt. These Icons are super comfortable, you have the multiple tips to choose from to get a good fit as well as the silicon padding ring around the outside to help cushion it against the rest of your ear. I love that you can use these one at a time and have the other one charging still. A great function that I didn’t really see in other wireless options. The only downside is the audio quality. It’s definitely not bad, and for what I need them for (just listening to YouTube videos and Netflix mostly) they are fine. However, if audio is your most important factor then I would keep your receipt in case these don’t match up. I think the problem is that the sound is actually pretty quiet, I have to turn the volume up higher than with my wired headphones, and there isn’t as much depth to the sound. Overall these are a great deal and worth the purchase for me.

This is perfect for me! These are easy to connect, and perfect for travel! The charger lasts very long, so you don't have to charge it a lot. The price is cheap for such a good product! I very much recommend these for traveling.

Nice packaging, I liked that it came with separate ear pieces for fitting. I find the touch settings on the buds themselves a bit tricky. Attempting to change the EQ led to a lot of unwanted phone calls to be auto dialed. Changing songs seems to be sporadic as well. I find then good to just place and forget. Any other options should be handled from the casting device.

I bought a pair of galaxy buds and lost one side of the buds 5 months after it was purchased. With that close of a time frame I didn’t want to spend $120 for another one so I decided to give this one a try and turns out. It work just as good as the galaxy buds. From my perspective, I think this ear buds bass works way better too.

Pretty good fully wireless earbuds, bass is decent and they hold a charge for a long time
