Dead after 2 months

I upgraded to these for the longer battery life and touch controls. They worked great for about 4 weeks. I used them almost daily for running and commuting. After that, the left earbud had intermittent issues connecting to my phone. A couple weeks later it stopped working completely and will no longer charge at all. The right bud still works but the left is 100% dead. I'm out of my return period and the JLab warranty is a hassle. Pretty bummed about this... I won't be buying another pair of JLab buds. I guess you get what you pay for.

I never can seem to get them to stay in. So far I'm really pleased with these. They connect quickly and sound great. Not the biggest fan of the tap to change volume, equalizer, play pause etc; it just doesn't work as well as the button on a wired headset. The real test will be to see how they perform when using lawn equipment. Hopefully I don't lose them in the tall grass and run over them with the lawn tractor.
