I prefer the sound over my Galaxy Buds and the fact that I can switch between buds for one-ear use means that I put them in my pocket more often than the Jabra Elite 85t sets that I also own. Pros: Quick pairing for switching between devices, good sound, buds can be used independently, 5-hour battery in bud, no connectivity issues, touch-controls are responsive OK: Passable mic for phone use Cons: Missing some bells and whistles in pricier buds (no hear-through, cannot customize touch response actions, for example)

I had one problem and that was caused by me, I put the left and the right earbuds in the wrong charging holes. They will not charge if you do that. Easy mistake. Unlike other reviews I will use a product for months before posting and these are still working!
