When I originally purchased the JBuds Air Icons I thought they were wired. Realizing that the Jbuds were my first ever wireless earbuds I decided to give them a try. After about 6 months of use the product worked excellently. I personally wouldn’t recommend working out in them for too long, as they tend to get really sweaty.

I sent them back because the control buttons were horrible/non working.

Maybe both pair that I purchased for me and my wife were just defective. We have had so many times where we are talking to each other and the phone disconnects, static in the earbuds, can't hear out of one or both ears through the earbuds and the volume constantly switching from 1 ear to the other. The rubber comfort continues to fall off and for the life of us we cannot get them to stay in our ears. We have tried all types of configurations and none of them work. I have had less expensive earbuds that have worked a lot better. I am not sure what happened with the other users who had success but we are not happy. As soon as it's ok to go back out, these will be going back.

Not bad at all just make sure you have a good fit or they might fall out. Sound is good but not to loud. Really need to read the manual to get the best out of theses. I just use them to listen to music on my walks. Connect them to my iPhone was very easy.

Poor call quality, I have to speak VERY loud when on a call to be heard. The foam ear cushions were great for music listening, yet very hard to keep clean. The case was a tad bulky For my taste. The longer I owned them, the less I used them. I eventually gave up and got AirPods.
