    I run in these. They are not the best option to wear when being active and having a lot of movement. They are touch sensitive and even motion sensitive so when I turn my head when running it will cause a lot of problems with the song that is playing. I would recommend the Sony WF-C500's over these. Worth the extra money in my opinion.
