My second pair I bought, with same results like the ones I just purchased few weeks ago

Microphone is terrible, would not recommend. no one could hear me. I exchanged them

Purchased as a gift. Not too good but not bad. Connection issues happen sometimes.

Left bud stopped charging less than two weeks in :/

The JBuds Air Pro Bluetooth earbuds come in a charging case. This case has a short USB cable attached so that you never have to search for a cable when it's time to charge. The earbuds are rated at 9 hours of play time with an extra 27 hours in the charging case. These earbuds may be used individually or separately. They may be connected to 2 Bluetooth devices simultaneously so that you can quickly switch between the two. When an earbud is removed it will automatically pause what is being listened to. These work great with my phone; I can hear the phone call well and am told that my voice comes through very well. There is a command that activates Siri or Google voice commands where available. You may also toggle between movie mode and music mode. They are IP 55 sweat and dust resistant rated. There are 3 EQ settings that can be used, each having a voice prompt identifying it. The EQ settings are Bass Boost, Balanced and JLab Signature. All three eq settings sound great but JLab Signature is my favorite. All three EQ settings are very well balanced. I noticed that the Bass comes through very clearly without overpowering the mid and high range sounds. Many earbuds and headphones leave me wishing for a little more volume. I have never been sure whether it is due to safety protocols for my phone or the earbuds or perhaps my hearing after many live concerts over the years. These earbuds have a satisfying volume level. I have never turned them all the way up and wished for more as I have with so many others. There is a "Be Aware" setting that allows outside sound in so that you can hear what's going on around you when needed. There are voice prompts for the current battery level. There are 3 sets of ear tips and 2 sets of cush fins (which pad the larger circumference of the bud for a snug outer ear fit). These earbuds sound great! I have used earbuds that cost many times what these cost and these sound as good if not better to me than the more expensive ones I have used. These may not have some of the advanced features of the expensive ones but sound wise they are at least equal to me.

One cuts out every once in awhile but for the price..

A solid set of Earbuds at this price point. I wasn’t expecting this level of quality from them. Once out of the box and turned on, I received a “battery full” message so that was nice. I was able to start the setup which was immediate on my iPhone. The ear tips that were already installed fit just fine but, in case your ears are a bit different, there are a total of three sizes to choose from. Also, there are these rings included called “Cush Fins” that are included and help with the seal of the earbud once in your ear. These are not noise cancelling but you do get a really good sound with minimal outside noises getting in. The initial pairing and setup was quick and simple, frankly, the way it should be with any sound devices these days. The bass is clean and without any distortion mixed with crisp tones, your music will sound great. Built into the earbuds are three equalizer settings to choose from and you can select your preference using the left side earbud controls. During playback or phone calls, the controls are easily accessible and the earbuds are very responsive. The small user guide does a good job of explaining the various combinations of taps to use to do certain things such as play, pause, volume changes, etc. Battery life to this point has been rock solid. The packaging claims 36 hours between the buds and charging case while on Bluetooth. This is certainly a good amount to get you through any day of conference calls, music or entertainment streaming. Important side note, the charging cable is neatly built into the case and hides perfectly on the bottom when not in use. In summary, I am very pleased with these earbuds and absolutely recommend them. The construction and sound quality are great and I feel anyone that gives them a try will feel the same.

I was genuinely surprised how much i liked these headphones as much as i did. The sound quality is solid and it does a good job of balancing bass and treble. They really do have a decent sound but the real surprise was the battery life and the design and fit of the earbuds. They are extremely comfortable and after wearing them extended periods of time i experienced very small amount of ear fatigue. They did not hurt my ears after using them for hours and my ears didn't get "clammy" or sweaty. They fit better than most high end earbuds with high end price tags. The battery life was also quite a surprise, they did last over 30hrs when you factor in the charging case. I enjoyed them for quite some time before i had to plug in the charging case to charge it. The ambient noise feature was a nice touch but the multi bluetooth connection was a feature that stood out. I was able to connect it to my firestick as well as my phone, switching over was simple and easy. The other plus is i was able to use on earbud and leave the other one out in order to have one foot in the music and the other in the office surroundings. It is a very nice set of earbuds that deliver at that modest price point.

The JLab JBuds Air Pro Wireless Earbuds are fantastic! Small ... compact ... comfortable ... amazing sound .... easy to setup ... responsive! I have to admit I don't use earbuds often, actually bordering on not at all. BUT ... I think these JBuds from JLab might make me a believer in using the technology. First off .... Right out of the box these earbuds were already charged, which made my initial contact with the product more enjoyable since I didn't have to "wait" for them to be ready to use. My time is valuable, so when I plan to "use something right out of the box", I have alloted a certain amount of time to "try it", so I appreciate JLabs being considerate of my time. Connecting the earbuds to my Samsung S20 via bluetooth was easy beyond belief. I opened the little black box that held the JBuds, took the RIGHT bud out, closed the box, on my phone I accessed the bluetooth setup screen, and without doing anything else, the earbuds and my phone "found each other"! I turned on SiriusXM, put the JLabs JBuds in my ears, and DONE! Music immediately played without doing another setup. The SOUND coming out the JBuds was incredible ... sounded like I was in a "sound room" listening to a live performance. Great stuff! I know that I can use these buds with my phone to answer calls, but I don't like the thought of wearing buds nonstop for this activity. I'm only going to use them for music and videos. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone wanting to try a buds and the amazing sound coming from them.

The JBuds Air Pro True wireless earbuds are decent for the price I paid for them. I experienced an issue with them cutting off. They would continue to pair right back up halfway through the battery life. The sound quality was okay.

These earbuds are very light and fairly small. The battery life is really good, and the case will charge them full about 3 times. I had to change from the default medium sized tips to the large sized tips to keep them in my ears though. I was able to wear them for many hours, probably at least 5 hours before my ear canals got a bit sensitive and I needed a break. The JLab signature eq profile sounded best to me. Music sounded great, with good mid range. Calls worked very well. Callers could understand me easily. These stayed just fine when jogging. I like the big number of controls they let you do by tapping or tap and hold on both earbuds. There is no active noise cancellation, but there is a be-aware mode to let you hear your surroundings better. The charging case is curious, there is no wireless charging on this particular case, and it has a built in USB-A cable that hides well under the bottom of the case to charge. I think a standard USB-C port to plug into would have been a better choice in this day and age. I do like how music pauses when you take them out of your ears and starts back up when you put them back in. Also how they turn on and repair when you take them out of the case and turn off when you put them back in the case. Very well done. I recommend these for all around use and good for exercising as well.
