Really WANTED to love these, but, alas, do not. There is a companion app which provides a number of settings and I definitely recommend obtaining that. However, the sound is 'tinny' and shallow, no matter how I set things. The pair comes with three sizes of ear tips and I've switched to the smallest ones for my narrow ear canals. If I bend over (say to empty the dishwasher, er, I mean, operate a power tool), at least one of these immediately falls out of my ear. They do connect to my iPhone consistently and quickly, so I'm pleased about that. But, I was really hoping I could retire my old air pods and have at least something in my life that wasn't Apple. These will do, but overall, I'm disappointed.

I hope these last a long time, as they're the best earbuds I've owned so far! The sound quality is phenomenal and the audio doesn't leak through, so no worries if you get anxious at the thought of other people hearing what you're listening to. Also, has simple controls and a couple of gimmicks that I've never experienced with previous headphones (like pausing your audio when you pull them out of your ears)!

They work well and the sound quality is good, just wish they stayed in my ears a little better while doing active things. And I'm not a fan of the touch controls because I end up accidentally changing the volume or switching the mode when I'm just trying to adjust the earbud in my ear.

Excellent ninja ear buds. Can't see them when 13 yr old is wearing them or hear what he's listening to. Bonus for mom. Appear to be very comfortable as they only seem to come out of his ears for charging or showering. Bluetooth connectivity is solid. Best part is no more arguing over music in the car!

Solid basic earbuds. Good sound and great battery life. My only complaint is that for me, they're uncomfortable to wear for extended periods.

Perfect for the gym! I tried the beats and I would buy these over them anytime. The battery life is amazing I can go a week without charging the case and it comes with the charger attached to the case so you don’t have to scramble around looking for a charging cord. It’s affordable and efficient!

Overall not a bad ear bud. Battery lasts long but starts having issues the longer you use it. These are my daily buds so I have one that give me a bit of charging issue.

It was a gift! The feedback I got it is outstanding! I have not tried myself but based on the feedback is is great and reliable!

These are pretty good but I've tried getting them replaced as one side charges intermittently but told that I need to take them to a store to get looked at which is an hour drive for me unfortunately. So I am a total tech member and means nothing as I can't just get a replacement for them and send these others back unfortunately. Customer service is not what it used to be even when you pay for a service

The only thing i dont like is the "hear through" gets a bit blown out sometimes if noises are too loud. For what they are, they are great. They sound great, the "noise cancelling" isnt the best by ANY MEANS but for the cost to value is high in my opinion.
