Great pair of headphones

The foam tips for comfortable fit in the ears are the greatest addition to a set of headphones I’ve ever experienced. Great product.

The sound is great and they fit perfect. The only disadvantage is that they occasionally disconnect from the Bluetooth for some reason. It doesn’t happen frequently. I love these headphones. Great for running!

The extra support over the ears is really good for me as I lean over a lot while I work. The sound has always been clear for me, and others say they can hear me crystal clear on the other end of a call. Good buy

I'm currently looking for different inserts.it does include a few but not comfortable at all.

They have three different setting built in which is cool. Sometimes they get unsynced and one headphone plays the music or sound about 1/4 of second before the other, so I have to unpair and re-pair back to my phone again to fix the problem.

The jlab company does offer 2 year warranty but you must provide your receipt.

But the battery doesn't last all day and quits without warning. If you're using this for hands free driving, be warned the device may stop working without notice.

And someone, anyone, make the piece behind the ear with some kind of wire/metal inside so you can shaper to your individual ear. How much could that cost?
