They have had some connection issues. The sound quality is good. I like them but not love them, they have had issues staying charged. Overall they are just ok in my opinion.

I tried it as well and the sound volume was too low even in the max setting. The touch controls and not too responsive and the comfort/fit was not that great either...

Not so great earbuds

I believe the battery case isn't working. Second & mainly I purchased the protection agreement so I could just go back to the store and swap out if product failed. Since after device failure the store informs me that Apple bought out Beats and I need to deal with Apple. I called Apple and I need to be on a computer when I call with the device in hand. I am always on the run so I have yet to do this. I hope to soon, but for now disappointed and will be more careful to avoid Apple in the future. I spent the extra to keep it simple for me. The device worked decent when they worked. They did sometimes not sync together as they were supposed to. Overall not to bad though.
